We went to this spot right when they opened around 8 AM for breakfast. It wasn't too busy since they had just opened, but there were still like 2-3 tables taken already. This spot is small but sooo cute. It has a cozy little diner vibe with cute photos and decor on the walls, and they did a really good job using the space they have. Everything felt clean, well maintained, and cozy. It definitely got busier as the morning went on though. Around an hour or hour and a half later when we were leaving, basically all the tables were filling up and there were people waiting for seats too. I can honestly see why because the food was really good. I do think it would be nice if they had a bit more seating because it seems like it gets packed really quickly and I can imagine they lose some customers because of the wait. The service was honestly amazing. Our server was sooo sweet and made really good conversation with us. He recommended dishes, helped us pick drinks, and even made the coffee exactly to my liking which I appreciated. You could tell he genuinely enjoyed his job and was really kind the whole time. I usually don't go for Vietnamese coffee, but the server recommended it and I actually loved it. It was creamy, slightly sweet, and really different from regular coffee in a good way. Definitely recommend trying it if you want something different. For food, we got the breakfast sandwiches which came with fries, and we upgraded them to truffle fries which were delicious. We also got a side salad which was really fresh and yummy too. The sandwich itself was sooo good. The bun tasted buttery and fresh, everything was well put together, and it honestly felt like a really balanced meal. It was pretty filling too, I couldn't even finish all of mine. I have been meaning to try this place for Sometime now. Finally, I got around to it this morning. I was planning on ordering the beef bulgogi Benny but then the gochujang chicken and waffles caught my eye I have to say I was a little surprised by the Presentation but I understand this is Korean style. I was a little disappointed at the size of the cucumber kimchi but it was very tasty. The 2 other people I was with ordered the earl grey pancakes (woww!) And bulgogi beef benedict (which was done before I could try, which I can only assume is a good thing) Only reason I have to give 4/5 is bc the coffee is really not good. I ordered the Americano, which tasted like instant coffee to be frank. I've also read reviews on how bad the drip was, but I think they just need to invest in a new supplier of coffee to go with their excellent menu! Overall, will I go back? She took our orders relatively quickly and got our drinks out fast as well. If you want wifi as well, don't hesitate to ask! She was awesome with getting us that too. There was a party of five next to me who had little room for more at their table. for starters I had the lychee mimosa, which was really good. I ordered the truffle mushroom Benedict, side of the special pancakes (cinnamon with cream cheese frosting). The truffle mushroom Benedict had very minimal truffle flavor and no seasoning. The waffles were thick and the chicken was nicely coated with the spicy chili paste! However, it did get heavy after a while so I recommend sharing this with someone. I really liked the breakfast sandwich. There was bacon, cheese, scrambled eggs, caramelized onions, dijon and garlic aioli, topped with a delicious brioche bun. Then moved on to drinks - the mimosas are good but the mango coconut delight tasted like juice and had no hint of alcohol, which was disappointing.
