I loudly complained as the owner was sitting right there and he said nothing! I know 25cents is nothing but it's the principle of the thing....taking what is not yours! That is dishonesty. I'm actually OK, the woman who works there is a chainsmoker, I couldn't get within 10 feet due to the tobacco smell. I have been a customer for several months. The sign reads that they are open from 7 am to 6 pm. Of course, I needed to get to the office and couldn't wait any longer. So, I went back this afternoon at 5:45 pm. The doors were open and I was able to pick up my dry cleaning. When I asked what time they open, the gentleman replied, "Sometimes 8 am." I explained that I waited for 25 minutes this morning - even after 8 am - and no one had arrived. Unfortunately, he didn't seem to care. I will not return as a customer because I need a dry cleaner with reliable hours.
