My first experience with Cozy this year was great, my cashmere lashes lasted at least 5 weeks even though I went to the beach and had gotten them wet/didn't take care of them. My next experience, I tried mink. I got a different tech and after two whole weeks, I barely have any left. Each day, so many lashes would fall off without my real lash hair attached, which means they probably didn't use enough glue or there was an issue with the glue that they used. Unfortunately, since these lash trips are quite the trek for me, I value consistency in all the techs. For Cozy to be a top tier lash place, all techs should have enough experience, so that even if I had to switch techs last minute, I would hope that whoever does it would produce the same results as long as they work for the same place. Cozy was really promising for me--it had every potential to be my go-to lash place. I hope that my honest review will have them consider making sure that their techs are consistently producing quality work, or for them to do quality checks on the glue that they use. Even though Cozy offered me a discount to get this fixed, which I highly appreciate, I just don't have the time to go back to them until 4 weeks later, when I expect to get a new set.

I was accepted their offer by paying cash to help them out. I get there, she looks at my lashes and says she's going to charge me extra $10 for removal. Hanna was very rude about the situation and apparently called her boss who also denied accepting yelp deal if i purchased online. They did not honor what they text, picture attached. She literally propped the product manual against the lamp and read each step aloud while "working" on me. Confidence-shattering to say the least. * Skipped the key step. Instead of anchoring a silicone rod to my eyelid to lift the lashes, she brushed perm solution straight onto my flat lashes and claimed they were "too stubborn" to curl. * Chemical overkill. She reapplied the perm solution three times, insisting it would "soften" the hairs. By the third coat my eyes were burning and my gut told me to stop the service. * Damage done. I left with lashes so brittle and limp that I can't wear falsies, mascara, or even attempt another professional lift for the foreseeable future. * Tone-deaf resolution. Management offered to "redo" the service the very next day--after stripping nearly every ounce of strength from my natural lashes. Absolutely not. I'm now stuck in a months-long recovery routine of lash serums and gentle cleansing, all because basic training and client safety were ignored.
