I've gotten my hybrid infinity mattress here in December of 2024. Michael was the kind associate that lead me throughout the whole process. We did the bed match scan and I was matched with a different kind of mattress. However it was too soft for my tastes. My partner had the same mattress so I decided to ask for the exact one. Michael made the purchase experience a breeze and set me up with the delivery process. I liked how he took his time and explained how to properly care for the mattress. This included where I should sleep on the mattress and how often to flip the mattress. I liked how concise he was. The delivery process was smooth. The men did a great job setting up my new bed frame and mattress. After sleeping on it for a couple of months, I am still loving it! My sleep has gotten so much better. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high quality mattress and there is plenty of parking! read more

Update ( 9-20) Narda ended up calling me ( still works there :) and tried to help us out. She sent a crew to bring a new motor as Sit & Sleep had one in stock. She explained that if this didn't work, Guardian handles all Sit & Sleep warranties. The crew she scheduled arrived today, Saturday. They discovered that whomever put this "replacement" frame up in April of this year, ( our 2nd after the first was defective) had the wires set up incorrectly and they were visibly frayed- so each time the the base of the bed was raised, the wires were slowly tearing. Thankfully my husband was here to see what was going on as at first they were going to leave since this was not the issue they expected to find. This is hopefully the last time something goes wrong on this newer adjustable frame. This is the 2nd frame since 2024 and both frames have had major quality issues. The service man said sometimes the wires are defective upon delivery and that it is rare. Again we are 6 months with a replacement frame & the mechanics are not working on our adjustable bed. I called Sit & Sleep asking for Narda but got customer service who told me after 14 days their warranties are handled by Guardian. I called Guardian and the person made me repeat why I was calling over 5 times. It was a loud call center. The communication was poor. I am very discouraged and it's hard to imagine purchasing from Sit & Sleep again after repeated mechanical issues with new products. We purchased a $5000 mattress here and 2 adjustable bed frames. The latest model had stopped working twice- they replaced it after a drawn out process in the spring of this year. read more

We have bought mattresses twice from this store since we moved here to our great little town. The product was just what we needed, and we found two special pillows that were on the bed by chance, and they were so comfortable for us that we bought them, too. We almost fell asleep lying on the test bed with those pillows. They are friendly, honest, and we really love buying locally. Joe is #1 as a Salesman and a really nice person. He has been in the business for decades and really knows his stuff! Helpful, patient, knowledgable, and not pushy or exhausting as is our experience with many other sales people in general (for cars, appliances, etc.) Please call and say hi to Joe!! Bought a mattress in May 2023, by November 2023 one side of mattress is sinking. Sit n Sleep will only refer you to their 800 customer service line and the in-store manager unalbe to assist or help in anyway. 3rd party insepctor delivers report to Sit n Sleep manager that the bed is not defecitve enought to replace or provide store credit. Call Micheal the manager and basically says call customer service. Customer service is rude and basically says tough luck. If you want a company that stands behinds its producet and offers a solid customer service solution avoid Sit n Sleep at all costs. Worse mattress we have had in over 20 years. read more

Tried a bed in the showroom and love the feel of it and I asked the manager if this will feel the same at home and he said yes it turned out after about six months being unbearable and completely sagging then we had an inspection company come out and they said it's not defective I called customer service and they wouldn't even give me a $500 credit so I can go back and buy another $2500 bed will never buy anything from this company and do not recommend anyone purchasing a bed from this horrible company. Also I only weigh 140 pounds so it should still feel fine and not be sagging and uncomfortable. read more

Very helpful when wrong size was ordered for a client (on our end) for a completely different area of California and the manager at San Clemente took care of everything so FAST and fixed it all at no extra cost to us, which was so kind considering it wasn't even their fault. Absolutely recommend Sit n Sleep for all mattress and bedding needs. Micheal was amazing, he spent over two hours with my wife and I looking at least 20+ mattresses, assessing all of our needs and considered our budget in the process. As soon as we got there Michael put us on a special mattress to scan your spine and body to recommend you a certain mattress firmness and type. We must have tried out every single extra firm mattress in the store. We ended up finding an extremely comfortable mattress that accommodates my wife and I very well (that he very accurately recommended). Came in last Saturday looking to get a larger bed (King). Met with Alfred at the store and he is super thorough to find out how my wife and I sleep. From there he took us to lay on 3 different bed types, as well as the adjustable frames. He sold my wife in the vibrating premium king koil odyssey frame which I thought may be over priced, kind of similar to my thoughts on their $250 sheets and $200 pillow...man was I wrong with my thoughts! The king koil adjustable base, expensive sheets and pillows, and the Gianna mattress worked perfectly for our needs! Thank you Alfred for setting us up for restful sleeps for years to come. I saw this mattress store just opened up off of El Camino Real and wanted to check it out. Which was perfect because I've definitely surpassed the amount of time you need to replace your mattress long ago (15+ years, anyone??) and after many nights of a sore back and tossing and turning, I'm probably overdue. They have a decent amount of selection of mattress for every type of sleeping need. I myself am a side sleeper so I didn't want something too soft or firm. They have this crazy body diagnostic technology thing that analyzes your sleep too. Sales associates were super eager to help, which I guess is good too. Needless to say, I'm still deciding on what mattress to get to match my budget, but I was impressed with their selection. read more

Not the warranty. She gave us full credit and exchange. We were told to go back to SitnSleep San Clemente and were met by the manager Alfred Abogado that went above and beyond what we expected and completely took care of us. When we were in the showroom walking around I noticed the carpet was very dirty (dead bugs) and in need of a good vacuum. That kind of stuff puts me off and it can effect the overall experience. I ordered the wrong mattress size and was expecting the store to use this mistake to charge me more. They were wonderful, however it was to get even better. I even got to get in the sleep machine :) He then asked if I had ever considered a bed with adjustable frames. I really hadn't, but said I would try it. Oh yes, it is a life changer for us! LOVE IT!! After a very stressful experience with Sleep Numbers customer services, I went to Sit'n Sleep in San Clemente. I bought the SmartLife Mattress, King Koil base, a Pillow, Sheets, headboard, and the bed frame. Joe Ryan is knowledgeable and very patient. He made the sale. The Mattress didn't connect well with the phone app. I called their customer services, and the phone only rang twice; someone on the line told me they would have a SmartLife Rep call me by the end of the day. Shean Montgomery came to my home and had the issue resolved the next day. I had to cancel the headboard and the bed frame because of my current situation. So I called Joe, and he canceled my order right away without any difficulty. Sit'n Sleep has first-class customer services. That's why they are successful in business. I will go to the Same Clemente store and repurchase the products in the future. I love their products. Their SmarLife Mattress is great.
