After our original salesperson, Reza, heard about the issues I was having sleeping on the Tempurpedic bed, he reached out to me personally. Wow! What a completely different experience. Reza was concerned that I had not adjusted and truly wanted to make things right. He scheduled an appointment with us so we would have his undivided attention when we went back to the store to choose a new bed. He was so patient as he showed us a variety of beds that he thought might work better for us based on the feedback I had given him on the Tempurpedic. He completely took care of us and said that if this new bed did not work out to call him directly. He really wanted to make sure I was comfortable and had a good experience. _ had an issue & then a solution from store - read to end :) Purchased a full size mattress with metal frame that was a floor model in the San Clemente showroom. I tested several different mattresses before making a decision, by sitting and laying on each mattress more than once laying on the mattress then getting up off mattress. Great, I choose one had it delivered and THEN... found that the mattress slides very easily back and forth with the slightest touch or movement. When I called Lisa to ask if we are missing a part or mattress grip I was told there was nothing. How is it POSSIBLE that the mattress in the store (that we purchased) suddenly moves when it did not move AT ALL in the store? We were advised to PURCHASE velcro or mattress grip somewhere. Thats poor service and deceiving. I now have to go shop for a mattress grip that was NOT needed at the Sit n Sleep showroom. April 2018 ****Update****May 10th We received a call from Lisa (San Clemente Sit 'n Sleep) today. She called to let us know they will solve this problem for us one way or another, and offered more than one solution. I am confidant after speaking with her today that our issue will have a happy ending and we are very happy with the fast action on their part. I purchased a bed for my son in March 2016 that cost $1800 that had a warranty. My son sleeps on the same side of the mattress and it has a huge concave in it from where he sleeps. When I tried to have Sit n Sleep replace the mattress they refused because it had some stains on it. The mattress is ruined because the springs sunk, not because it has a few stains. Not much of a warranty! I gave them 1 star because it won't let you give 0. read more

I had been considering one of those bed in a box , the ones that don't have a storefront and make you think you are going to be sleeping on a cloud. Am I lucky and happy that I decided to go to the sit n sleep in San Clemente! You have to have a store to go in to try a bed. Not order from one of those site and hope you are getting what you want. My first contact was with Lisa. She was great! I came in wanting to make an investment in a good mattress. In the past I've purchased mattresses for under $500 and never have been happy. As I get older with aches and pains it was time to get a quality mattress. I wanted a hybrid. My budget was $1000 and I picked a medium cool hybrid. Very nice mattress and I had it for a month and realized I needed more of a plush a bit too firm. Lisa showed me many to choose from. AND they had one of the Dreamcloud, the online type I mentioned above. Am I happy I didnt purchase it. Definately not for me. She reassured me if after 30 day to break it in if I was unhappy I could exchange it. I realize it was my choice of a medium mattress ( she had shown me plush) she told me it was more of a medium firm. This was trial and error on my part. I was thinking exchanging it might be a hassle. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! When I called Lisa she right away said "no problem, on this mattress no fee to restock. Just come on in and pick a new one! " I was like WOW ! I was that easy!! My next contact was Alfred.I called to see when I could come in. And he was just as accommodating. By the way they both had masks and adhered to the Covid safety. Alfred was awesome. He listened to my needs and showed me some in the same price range. His knowledge of mattresses was phenomenal! I tried a few and then he mentioned an Aireloom matttess. ( which has been around since the 1940's, they are handmade,they know how to make mattresses! etc) which Lisa mentioned as well . I told Alfred too it was out of my price range. I have known these mattresses could run into the thousands) I thought what the heck let me try it anyway. And they now have a hybrid. I walked over and could not believe it. They had the mattresse priced at $1599. Omg that is amazing! I tried it out, and by the way Alfred had put a protector sheet on every bed I tried. OMG, this was like a cloud!! I could not believe I was able to get an Aireloom!! For only a few hundred dollars more! Also for my first mattress Lisa suggested I apply for a no interest for one year financing. Which I definitely did. This is a lifetime investment. I am so happy with my Aireloom which was delivered today!!! I cannot wait til its time for bed! The customer service was over and above! There is something to say about old fashioned excellent customer service that I received. I have worked in customer service for the same company for over 30 years so I am definitely very picky when it come to the service I get. They treated me like I had treated my customers. Hard to find these days. With Covid I think we are getting used to ordering everything online. So this was a wonderful experience as well as feeling that they went over and above in Covid requirements. In addition the delivery was seamless. On 11/2/17 I walked into Sit n Sleep in San Clemente with my wife and two kids to browse new beds and see if there was something we liked... Reza Iradi welcomed us at the door, gave us a tour of the different bed types and styles, took the time to assess the differences in mattress comfort between my wife and myself on their new state-of-the-art high-tech simulator, and showed us the difference between Egyptian cotton sheets and Dream-Fit bamboo sheets (I run hot when I sleep and the bamboo sheets really keep you cool all night for a more restful sleep). The delivery was easy and stress-free, they took our old bed and set the new one up in almost no-time. I waited over a month to leave this review because I really wanted to test our new bed and see if it truly made a difference; I've had the best and most restful/re-energizing sleep I've had in decades... I love our new bed, can't stop talking about our new sheets and even the new pillows are absolutely incredible! No more neck and/or back pain!!! Our bed was the best investment we could have ever made!!! The only reason I gave this location 4 starts and not 5 was the customer service. My husband and I were newlyweds with a baby and felt like the sales woman didn't take us seriously. We were out the door when the manager spoke to us and took the time to really get to know us and what we wanted. We ended up spending more then planned and don't regret one cent of it!
