I go in today for my appointment, and they told me that the derm is MIA. Out of the country. Has been for weeks. They have no idea where he is or when he'll be back. Looool Would have been really great to get a call telling me not to shave and prep my entire body for my mole screenings/removals (I have so many goddam moles). Bruce the receptionist was very apologetic but I won't be back. Since I didn't get my mole screening maybe everyone on yelp can do it instead what do you think are these cancerous UPDATE You guys it's been about 4 months since this review and no one has helped me with my moles. What do you think please help

It took less than 30 minutes, and my teeth looked visibly better! Dr. Shapiro came in to review my x-rays and talk through options for fillings, aligners, and periodontists. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. When I returned for my fillings, Dr. Shapiro talked me through the process, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The dental assistant even turned on a Bruno Mars playlist, to which both her and Dr. Shapiro enjoyed singing along to. It made for a very relaxed procedure. I will absolutely return and recommend Dr. Shapiro and her team to my friends.

Helen at the front desk was so patient and pleasant, my nurse was very kind, and my provider Matthew Chan answered all my questions and had great bedside manner. I also really appreciated that he considered my symptoms and the test results carefully to advise me how to proceed with what turned out to just be a non-COVID and non-flu virus and didn't just prescribe me something that wasn't actually going to do anything. He advised me what to do/ take ibuprofen to feel better and I was quickly on my way! I had been staying with friends in Brooklyn when I visited ModernMD and even recommended this location to them for the future since I got such great service and it's so close to them

I found myself unwell and my other urgent care facility in the area was closed. It was a ghost town…read morebut ModernMD was open. I checked in and had 5 people ahead of me. I think there was only 1 doc on staff for the day and after an hour of waiting, I was seen. I was miserable but the staff were patient and heard me out. They decided to run a flu and covid panel. Despite being vaccinated I was stunned to learned I contracted Flu A. We discussed medication and the doc took some of my preferences for my terrible cough and prescribed me steroids and tamiflu. Due to the holiday season and time of day there were no local pharmacies open. The doc went above and beyond to find me a pharmacy that was open and close enough by so I could start the tamiflu ASAP. My meds were ready in 10 mins and I could not be more grateful. The wait time was awful sitting there for an hour but believe the docs urgency in prescribing my meds prevented me from getting much worse. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.

I know they are going to get me sorted and on my way. I love the intimate setting and they do care. The doctor are very attentive and helpful. I've never had a bad experience with any staff there. Minute things like phone calls and wait times can get better but always there should be good service and it is the best. I'll take the wait and slow phone calls for the experience. Thanks Cabs team.

I usually don't like to give one star to my reviews. But I wish I could give this place a 0 stars…read more I should have paid more attention to all negative reviews and not waste my time going there. First thing first, when I first made the appointment I was expecting a text or some sort of reminder from them about my appointment time and everything. well, that was not the case I lost the appointment and have to wait 7 months for the next one. Ok not big deal thank goodness my oral health is pretty good. The day of my appointment comes and I arrived there an hour before my time cause I didn't know if they go my exact appointment time or not, I waited 1:45 minutes to get inside the room and the person told me to have a seat and that she was coming right back, minutes comes and goes she finally showed up 20 minutes after. let me tell you this place is madness, it was raining that day and there were buckets everywhere cause is raining inside waiting room. The floor could have seen better days it was super dirty and filthy there. Bottom line I left without being able to see the dentist, they lie to you about how things work, they never told me I was NOT going to get my teeth cleaned the day of. Also they overlooked everyone and is only one dentist and he is NOT even the one who will work with you. I am beyond upset with this center. Please I am begging you read the reviews carefully before coming here so you are not disappointed as I am.

If I could I would give zero stars. This Dr is deceptively nice and seemingly competent…read more I considered suing him for malpractice after I found that: (a) I didn't have the asthma he'd been treating me for 2 years, and (b) he falsely diagnosed me with pneumonia not once but twice in 3 months. It was game over when I overheard him tell someone he thought they had pneumonia. I swear I recognized "my" chest x-ray in a google image search. That's when I went to Weill Cornell for a second opinion. I managed to get photos of my x-rays from the receptionist, and they showed clear lungs. I immediately got off some very nasty lung medicine that caused joint pain, breathing trouble, chest pain and acid reflux. At the time I was getting blood work weekly to figure out what was wrong. The medicine I was prescribed was so aggressive and unusual that the pulmonary specialist asked if the prescribing doctor was outside the U.S. I followed the specialist's advice, and never went back! Meds free and never felt better.

He orders extra tests and X-rays so he can get paid more by the insurance companies. He's a scam artist. Don't go to him unless you enjoy being spoken to like a complete idiot. Also the nurse didn't know how to use a thermometer. I know his diagnoses were wrong because I went to an actual doctor the next day who told me I just had a virus. Also I didn't have the symptoms he insisted I had. He's taking risks with people's health in order to increase the fees from the insurance companies. Boooooooo
