I specifically asked to keep the long hair on my dog's back, which we had been growing out for 6 months. But instead, they shaved it completely. Even worse, they left mats behind the ears, under the chin, and on the belly. When I kindly asked them to remove the mats, the receptionist responded loudly that it would "change the dog's haircut." Seriously? I believe removing mats should be standard grooming procedure -- and if there's an issue, the professional thing to do would be to call the owner or explain. Instead, they just left them and said it would "ruin the style." Meanwhile, the haircut was already nothing like what I requested. Now I have to take my pup to another groomer to fix what they ignored -- and even they were surprised mats were left behind. Sorry, but this is not how responsible pet care should be handled. I'm really disappointed.

She was also a no show today and I have not heard from her and she has not responded. My husband and I moved around our work schedule to be home both times. She arrived promptly at the appointment time, which is excellent because I value my time. She was very patient with my anxious dog, which is why I use a mobile groomer in the first place. Her customer service is excellent. I'm not picky when it comes to how my dog has his haircut, but she went over specifics on the chart just to ensure that I was going to be satisfied with his look and the services I booked before she started.
