Monica was booked solid for 2 weeks, but got me in on a cancelation 2 days after I called her. Joe came right to my door, groomed Kodi and it was like Kodi had 3 pounds of undercoat removed, he smelled and looked great! Joe spent about 2 hours on him and he got the full treatment. They have been treating my dogs like FedEx packages. A few times I would drop my dog off at the appointed time @ 08:00 then get a call 8 hours later @ 16:00 telling me that my dog is done. Today I had a 10:00 appointment for my cocker spaniel. Unexpected traffic and I walked through the door @10:06 to be met by one of the non-smiling, obviously not wanting to be there, helpers. This helper was quick to tell me that my dog would be last, stuck in a cage for 6 hours and then tortured for an hour by this angry individual. I told this sour individual, "I have been coming to Cute and Sassy for over 10 years. I walk through the door 6 minutes late and you are going to penalize me? Put my dog last? 6 minutes?!?! Leave my dog in this hell for 7 hours?!?! No way. I will use someone else from now on." This helper could care less about the business and said, "Okay, whatever." She was firm and would not budge. No compromise what so ever. Anyway, if you do go here I hope you have a better experience that I. I hate to break a 10 year relationship, but I'm done with them.

DO NOT BELIEVE THIS HORRIBLE WOMAN. LOST OUR DOG! Our dog was forgotten in our backyard overnight. He was so distraught he tore at our back door before finding a way to escape under our fence. The owner of the company never contacted us. We finally contacted her to find out about insurance - only to find out that she did not have coverage on this particular sitter. This company should not be able to operate without being properly insured. We've spent thousands of dollars trying to locate our dog and still have not found him. My dog is not a runaway as the owner has mentioned. He's gotten out once in the past 6 years with our other dog - 10 minutes later he was sitting at our door. He was left outside all night alone and scared. WE ARE HEARTBROKEN and the owner has been unhelpful, defensive, and unprofessional. The sitter on the other hand, has been helping us look for our dog, but I don't see how that is suppose to excuse losing our dog? Nor is "I have insurance now" found him.

I just picked up my pup, Ellie, from Dapper Dogs today and I wanted to share my experience! I was…read morereally impressed with the communication from the first phone call to schedule an appointment, to checking in, and picking her up today. I spoke with Henry, the owner, when I called to schedule an appointment and he was very friendly and professional. He took his time to answer all of my questions before I committed to an appointment. When I checked in, the team member was so sweet and knowledgeable. I had a few more questions about my second pup who has high anxiety and she explained that we could bring him in on a quiet day to do a behavior consult to let him feel out the room, the people, and some of the tools to see how he does before proceeding with an appointment. As promised, I received a text message when Ellie was about 15 min away from being ready. Upon pick up, Stacy, her groomer, was so sweet and she mentioned some personality traits that she picked up about Ellie and it showed that she was patient and took the time to understand her and help her feel comfortable versus "just getting the job done as fast as possible". Once I got home, I realized that she has a huge uneven patch on her chest which is close to her skin. Her tail was left frizzy. Additionally, there is an uneven cut on her side. I paid around $80 with tip. I was really excited given the place is about 5 minutes from my house. None of this was shown to me at the place which is also annoying. If you mess up just own it. Do not recommend. You don't always get what you pay for.

I brought my cat in cuz she had a cough. the vet checked her out and came back with what to do…read morenext. They gave me the cost of everything which was around $500. One of the costs was to send the X-rays to someone that could better tell what was going on. I said I didn't want that cuz it's $300 and I trust the vets option. She said she wasn't 100% sure what she was looking at on the X-rays and said she would not perform anything on my cat unless we had the X-rays sent so that's what we did... the results came back and they almost said they didn't know either so that was a huge waste of money just to literally get no answer. Anyways, she gave me meds for my cat and it worked and they got a good $500 from me. I also really don't like the front desk lady named DD. Every single time I have had to talk with her, she talks to me like she's annoyed but talked with my husband with smiles and manners.
