I was relieved when I found Proven Moto, because at the very least Matt had the experience to properly repair my engine. Proven Moto exceeded all my expectations. They were very accommodating on price, time frame, and everything. Matt gave me a couple different options in different price ranges for my rebuild; Chelsea was great about keeping me updated on how things were going. I don't recommend blowing your bike up, but if you do, take it to Proven Moto!

Eurosports threw in new tires as the bike is a 2018 and needed a fresh set. They also put on a mounting bracket for a discontinued front fairing that I ordered and had shipped to them. Lastly Ethan helped coordinate the bike getting shipped from Utah and the Bay Area. Would definitely recommend working with them.

I'm really disappointed with my experience here due to pricing and lack of transparency…read more I was initially charged $200 to disassemble my forks. When I later brought them back already fully disassembled and provided all required parts, I was charged $412 just for reassembly, plus an additional $35 in "parts" charges, despite the fact that all parts used were my own. In total, this came out to around $700 for the disassembly and reassembly of forks that were already OFF the bike. That pricing simply does not make sense. I've previously worked in a motorcycle shop and as a service writer, so I'm familiar with standard labor practices. Reassembly typically takes less time than disassembly, and when customers provide parts or bring components in pre-disassembled, labor time and parts charges are usually reduced. None of that was reflected here. I was never given a clear shop labor rate, the receipt was extremely vague, and when I asked for clarification on how the charges were calculated, I was not provided any meaningful details beyond "that's just how we do it." For a professional service shop, this lack of transparency and the final cost feel unreasonable. Customers deserve clear labor rates, itemized receipts, and pricing that reflects the actual work performed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I would not recommend this shop.
