I browsed over the yoga products, hoops, buddhas and jewelry. They actually had a very nice selection. Then one of the employees, Greg, gave me a tour of the place. He showed me the yoga studio; the meditation room, which was a dimly lit room with floor pillows all around with the sound of peaceful meditational music playing softly; the study, which was a room with floor seats and floor tables, a couple of bookshelves to read the works of Carlos Castaneda, Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle, (to name a few) and books on Feng Shui; and last, but certainly not least, the Amethyst Biomat room, which looked like a a massage room. This I tried. I had to lie down on the biomat for about 25 minutes and just meditate by myself. The mat is filled with Amethyst crystals The mat felt warm while I was in this dimly lit room diffused with essential oils. Everywhere I looked there was something positive. The Himalayan salt crystal...The white sage...The dream catcher on the door... Totally awesome relaxing experience! I left feeling very calm and peaceful. Definitely will be back.

The water has a ton of bath salts or Epsom salt, which is magnesium sulfate. Your body will feel weightless, as if you were laying on a cloud. Sound bowl therapy uses the calming vibrations of sound bowls to improve anxiety & tension, boost mood, work on our chakras, increase spiritual well-being and restore harmony to both the mind and body. Natalia was our sound bowl therapist and was calm, spiritual and enlightening. I can't wait to go back and do this again. Natalia also is a Reiki master. I've done Reiki before and loved that experience as well. It was interesting to hear Natalia's thoughts of what she felt was going on with each of us at the end of the session. Two of us had the energy of our loved ones with us during the session, and I was lucky enough that Natalia felt the energy of my dad. I was able to tune out everything around me and delve into the experience, but my friends said they heard people talking within the other parts of the studio, such as massages and other therapies in other rooms. One gal said she felt like getting up and going outside to tell the people to not make so much noise. Again, I was very into what Natalia was doing and focused that I heard nothing and wasn't bothered by any outside noise. Maybe it would be simply scheduling things at different times for complete silence, I don't know. It wasn't an issue for me. If you haven't taken part in a sound bowl meditation, it's a very relaxing and spiritual experience. I highly recommend Natalia for sound bowl meditation. I can't wait to go back for another sound bowl or Reiki experience.

This owner is slandering my wife responding to a truthful review, saying she went ballistic and was violent, loud, and exposing herself. This is an absolute lie. Anyone who knows her knows she would never behave that way. Of course she voiced her frustration, but there was no screaming, or erratic behavior that the owner (WHO WASN'T THERE) describes in their pathetic response. The spa, by the way, did in fact charge me despite saying they wouldn't. Again, if they just admitted some fault and let it go, I probably wouldn't even dispute the charge since I did get a service. However, they told me they wouldn't charge, so they're going back on their word, and now even worse you're attacking my wife's character which is a complete lie and fabrication as a pathetic attempt to CYA.
