I felt so lighter after this meditation, just didn't realize how the time went so fast. I hope they provide this kind of events more often, so more people can join and experience this meditation. Only thing that I personally didn't like was that Ray's voice cut off multiples times during the session, I am not sure if it happened because my connection was bad. After just the first session of Mizai Shiatsu, I felt a sense of calmness and peace that lasted through the next session, which was scheduled after a week. My skin became soft, I could see brighter colors and best of all, didn't feel any need for unhealthy snacking throughout the day. The white coating on my tongue also went away, which has never happened. It took a number of sessions before my frozen shoulder got better but it eventually did. Catherine is very keen on seeing her clients heal from all sorts of problems and she does a fabulous job at fixing us.

I worked closely with Jessica for about 6-9 months on using brainwave therapy to help balance my…read moremental health. I suffered from manic mood swings, and depression, and I was searching for an alternative to medication my therapist suggested I take. I was skeptical at first as I always am with alternative and conventional practices alike. The first few sessions I didn't notice much of a change. One day I was dealing with several stressful occurrences that would have normally sent me spiraling into a deep pit of negative thoughts and worst case scenario predictions of my future. I slowly worked myself through the events and on the other side I realized I hadn't spiraled out of control with my thoughts. My manic mood swings have basically disappeared and my depression doesn't spiral down as deep as it used to. It takes some time to see results, and it hasn't been a cure all. The sessions lasted 30 minutes, several times a week, so some time commitment is required. But you get to watch a movie while you sit there so It was actually very relaxing.
