Loveeeee coming to sixty vines ! Me and my friend had a great experience and really enjoyed our service as well as the beautiful decor throughout the restaurant; the patio seating is so pretty with windows open to people watch if you like to do so! We started out with a glass of red wine, called So Far Out, which I recommend, and the Frozen Espresso Martini. Their espresso martini is probably the best I've tasted. For our meals we really loved our pasta dishes and our starts of the grilled shrimp! Everything was cooked great and had decent portion sizes as well. This is a great spots for a girls dinner, solo night out or a cute date night because the ambiance is so warm and inviting which makes you want to keep coming back.
Always such a great time at sixty vines. The food and staff were so pleasant and the atmosphere is welcoming! Would def recommend!
I came here on a Friday night with a friend and had the greatest time! The atmosphere of this space is super cute, space and classy! We had an AMAZING waitress! Shout out to Sophia! She was extremely sweet, attentive, and super knowledgeable about the menu and gave us some really great recommendations. For drinks I ordered a NA rose. It had a bit of a dryer taste than I would have preferred as I'm more of a sweet drinker, but not bad. My friend ordered the Blackberry Sage and Soda and really enjoyed it. For an appetizer, we ordered the burrata. If you enjoy tomatoes, pesto, cheese, and bread, just get it, you won't regret it! It was very flavorful! We almost considered ordering a second helping! For the entree, I ordered the Atlantic Salmon with a side of broccolini. It was the best broccolini I think I've ever had! It was seasoned very well and had a smokey taste from the charring. My friend ordered the Creste Di Gato and really enjoyed it and the broccolini as well! For dessert, I ordered the sticky toffee cake and it was MAGNIFICENT! It was brought out warm and the flavor combinations were just so good! Right now, I'm planning to make room for it every time I come back and I most definitely will come back lol. 10/10 experience! Would recommend!
No complaints on anything! Parking was easy in the garage nearby (they validate 2 hours for free) and then just a short walk across the plaza to get to the front door. We were greeted by multiple people right at the front door, welcoming us in. Our waiter was knowledgeable and helpful when it came to suggesting different wines to try in a wine flight. I enjoyed a Hugo spritz which had the perfect amount of fresh mint. We each got steak, I got the steak frites and he got the filet. He loved that the sauce for the filet was served beneath the steak so you could get the perfect amount in each bite. Both steaks were cooked a perfect medium rare and had amazing flavor. The vibes in the restaurant are hard to beat. With all the natural light, we didn't even realize it had rained while we were eating!
This is a nice, casual, but at the same time Boujee place. Came here by chance. My friend bumped into someone she has seen on Instagram who does videos on everything Charlotte. He recommended the place and we loved it! She had a mocktail and and I cannot remember which one it was. I had the Emily Spicy Margarita. Sooo good and strong. I also had the Froze, which was a twirly, pretty frozen drink that has Diseno Rose, Hedonic Sweet Shiraz and Strawberries. It was very strong, but good and unfortunately, I did not take a photo. I forgot to take most photos as we got busy eating. Friend ordered the Tuna Crudo which was really very good. Sorry pic shows smaller portion but we started on a few pieces when I remembered to take the pic. I ordered the pork chop, which was very good, well seasoned and huge! Enough for two people in my opinion. The only issue I had with the pork chop is that I felt it could have been cooked at least another three minutes. When I got to the bone, it was too pinkish red so I left any meat surrounding it (hence the four stars). Also, the first bartender we came across was a bit better than the young lady that we were left with. She was not as attentive and was busy speaking to a young man at the bar. The Deviled Affogato that we ended with was sooo good. I asked for it with hot espresso and I was brought cold. I asked for the hot and it was brought out but took a while and was Luke warm. I also felt the bartender was annoyed. Trust me, it tasted better with hot espresso, which is how I always have my Affogato at Italian restaurants. All in all I will return and also look forward to trying other locations as well, especially when in Florida.
A few coworkers and I went to sixty vines for lunch. It was my first time there and it is sooooo cute! The ambiance is so relaxing and the tables are spaced out nicely. Our waitress came up right away and took our drink orders and we ordered an appetizer. Everything came out quickly. The zucchini appetizer was absolutely amazing. It was the best I've had. We all ordered the lunch special pizza with a salad for $16. We got the prosciutto pizza and Ceasar salad. Once we finished our appetizer our food came out. The pizza was way bigger than I thought! The waitress even brought out a dessert for my coworkers birthday! I can't wait to come back and try the wine!!
I was treated here on Father's Day. I must say it's a beautiful restaurant with great service (I can't remember our waitress's name, but she told me she's from South Africa and has been working at the restaurant for a year, so if you get a waitress with an accent it's probably her. She's fantastic) and the food was very good. We started off with the Truffled Vineyard Fries (they're decadent). I had the Creste Di Gallo (roasted chicken, mushrooms, spinach, and oven roasted tomatoes). We'll definitely be back in the Fall during football season when I KNOW that place will be packed!
We had a large party, including an infant, and were sat quickly. Our server was very attentive and patient gathering everyone's orders and when any issue arose, she was on top of it. My personal favorite was the frozen espresso martini that I absolutely fell in love with due to the flavors and it being blended properly. I will definitely be returning to try the girl dinner I keep saying online!
We went on a date night to Sixty Vines, which involved a beautiful walk up the street in Uptown Charlotte--about a mile, just enough distance to feel virtuous without needing orthopedic intervention afterward. The evening had promise written all over it. We were met by the hostess and seated promptly, which always puts a man in a forgiving mood. Then Daniel, our waiter, popped out from around the corner like he'd been waiting his whole life just to greet us. Friendly fellow. Got the drink order, gave us time to stare at the menu like it might blink first. The house salad was fantastic. That citrus vinaigrette is the kind of thing that makes you stop chewing and think, Well now, I'm going to have to figure this out at home. Bright, balanced, and proof that someone in that kitchen knows what they're doing. My bride ordered the eggplant spinach rigatoni. It was a decent dish, but the spinach was apparently shy that night and chose not to participate much. She ate it, enjoyed parts of it, but it's safe to say it won't be making a return appearance on her order slip. I had the braised pork shoulder with pappardelle. The sauce was excellent--rich, comforting, and the best thing on the plate. The pasta, however, was congealed like it had been thinking about life a little too long before getting to the table. Not ruined, just... hesitant. Daniel was working tables on all four corners of the room, moving like a man late for his own wedding. It took about twenty minutes to get a glass of Sangiovese. Normally, that's when a fellow starts to get testy, but seeing the man run took the edge off. You can't stay mad at effort. In the end, we were a little disappointed, but we were full, we were together, and life was still good--which is usually enough to call it a decent night out
I absolutely love Sixty Vines. I make all my friends and coworkers come here. It's one of the most consistent places in Charlotte. The service, food, ambiance, all consistent. This is always in rotation for me. I've had the pizzas, porkchop, bavette steak, several pastas, two desserts, charcuterie boards, burger. It's ALL good. There's only been one dish I did not like that. Everything else is phenomenal. I love getting the Bright Side mocktail when I'm in a 'no alcohol' phase. I also very much enjoy their frozen wine. I've had Salé serve me twice and more recently for my birthday. His customer service is always superb. Also I REALLY like the cheesecake here. It's not generic like other mid-tier dining restaurants.
Really don't have any bad critique to say about this restaurant. Its a great place to celebrate any occasion especially with close friends or going for a date. The wine selection is amazing and I definitely recommend doing a wine flight which allows 4 tastings of any choice of the wines from the abundant choices on their menu. They do 2.5 oz pours for the wine flights for a total of 4 choices. The bacon wrapped dates was the only food item I tried during my first time visit and it did not disappoin. I am a big fan of dates served with a meaty twist such as the bacon on these topped with grated parmesan! The inside of the restaurant is beautifully deco giving an elegant look. Its also located by a beautiful architectural structures where you can also be seated on lounging tables outside great for a lunch date option.
Good experience. Table location outside was slightly awkward but we made it work. We sat at a table that could fit 6. There were 4 girls at the table and then there was us. The only thing separating us was the empty two sits in between. Food was good. I got the shrimp pasta. Delicious but salty. The First crush cocktail drink was not good. I couldn't describe it. Just not what I was expecting. Decent and would come here again for drinks before or after a night out.
Visited for the first time after the soccer game got rained out a bit. I thought this spot was cool and they had some delicious shareables

The service was impeccable and did I mention they have wine on tap.. *POUR ME UP* I'm on toen for business and I can already see I'll be bk multiple times for I leave. Charming and modern! This patio has a great little seatee area for casual convo and tables with huge umbrellas to shade you on a sunny day. A little warm out?? Sit on the patio with a froze- you will not regret it! We had fantastic service but the food stole the show with its creativity and flavor. The pulled Chicken salad bursted with citrus and hearty greens. The truffle fries... yes. Yes. Yes. They are not your typical fry. These are flaky layers of potatoes cut thick and fried served with a cream sauce. I wanted to order more but I was so full! I can't wait to go back... oh and not a froze kind of person.. don't worry they have you covered with a great beverage selection. read more

Overall, I just want to say that I had extremely high expectations for this restaurant. I mean, we literally walked over a mile to get here and enjoy the beautiful day hoping that an amazing meal and spectacular service would be on the other end. Unfortunately, my group, and I were extremely disappointed. However, the beverage manager Matthew, was phenomenal, so kind, and such a gem! He needs a promotion! The server (I want to say his name was Frankie) was absolutely terrible! Such a shame. Pros: great ambience, beautiful restaurant with an overall stunning look and charm. The pasta noodles itself, very tasty! Cons: Everything came out cold and old tasting. All the shrimp was overcooked and salty. The steak was ordered to be medium rare and came out also overcooked and not edible. Potatoes were not crispy again very cold. Pizza barely had any prosciutto and again not fresh - makes you wonder if it was even cooked there. Worst of all was our waiter. He had so much attitude from the beginning, never checked on us or asked us if everything was going okay, never asked if we'd like more wine, etc....extremely rude tone, mannerisms and overall demeanor. read more
Parking: There is a parking deck around the corner, but we ended up parallel parking on the street which was free. There's also a small lot that can fit about 10 cars across the street. Ambiance: Loved that they had umbrellas and comfy chairs outside where you could wait on a nice day. There's also a big grassy area in the middle, the entire area is just really cute. Inside, the ambiance is dimly lit and wooden style. Very cute and very open style dining. This was great, but also made the space feel very loud and we were consistently hearing the loud laughing and conversation of the table behind us. Reservation: Came in with a party of about 8 on a Friday night. Unfortunately, when the entire party arrived they did not have a table ready to accommodate all of us and we ended up having to wait for about 30 minutes. This is a bit of a bummer when you have a reservation. Service: Once we got sat, our waitress came and explained the wines and showed us where to find our QR code menus. Throughout the service, she was attentive and easy to find whenever I needed something which I appreciated with such a large party and such a busy restaurant. Our waitress also brought out our friend's cake so we could sing happy birthday and gave us complimentary Prosecco as a peace-offering for the wait we had in the beginning. Drink: I ordered the tequila fix that tasted straight like tajin. I was expecting a refreshing, strawberry vibe but the entire thing tasted like lime and salty. Can't say I was a fan. Everyone who got the frose really enjoyed it though! Food: I will say, for a busy night, they got our food out to us pretty quickly. I ordered the Creste Di Gallo and it was soooo yummy! It was seasoned well but still felt very light with the pesto cream sauce. Only thing is I wish I had more mushrooms, my friend who hates mushrooms kept picking hers out and I was jealous I sprinkled some extra parm on top and all was well in the world. My only complaint is that our food came out before our appetizer so we ended up canceling the app, and someone else in our party requested bread to go with her pasta and ended up cancelling due to how long it took. read more

Came to Sixty Vines with a group of 6. Big open space with tons of seating. I definitely recommend having a reservation because it was very busy especially on a weekend night. Although it was busy the service was spectacular, our waiter was quick, efficient and we never waited for anything long or had to "look" for him. The food!! Blown away. Everything tasted amazing, fresh and perfectly flavored. Get the Frosé! Definitely recommend this restaurant and will visit again when in the area. read more
I cannot say enough good things about my experience here! We went for dinner on my friend's bachelorette and they put us in a lovely room with a closed curtain for privacy. I started off with the tequila fix which was fruity and tarte! We got the crispy zucchini as an appetizer and WOW. This was not your standard zucchini, it was super thin with a phenomenal sweet chili sauce. Truly addicting! For my main, I got the Atlantic salmon. This may be the most sensational salmon I've ever had. I was speechless the entire time, just savoring every single bite. It was cooked to absolute perfection and the smoked paprika vinaigrette was earth shattering! I was mind blown with deliciousness and did not leave a single crumb behind. I would HIGHLY recommend Sixty Vines for a place where the beautiful, trendy atmosphere matches the superb quality of food and drinks. I'll be dreaming about this food until I come back! read more

My bestie and I were originally headed to Culinary Dropout for brunch on a Sunday afternoon. Im we both have dinner at Culinary before so I suggested we try something new. When we walked in we were greeted by the most amazing aroma of a rosemary candle! It was divine! When we approached the host stand and advised we did not have reservations- we were told no problem and immediately seated. Our wait staff took about 10 minutes to come over to our table and greet us. She had a great disposition. She asked us our water preference. We asked hr a few questions about the menu options. Several of the menu options were sold out. I assume they make a certain amount daily and once it's gone- it's gone. I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk, and the bagel board. It is essentially a deconstructed lox bagel. My bestie ordered the gin and juice cocktail and a pizza that had eggs on it. The drinks and food came out quickly. My bagel was good- but I mean how can you mess up a lox bagel?? However, I really enjoyed my friend's pizza. The addition of the eggs was a nice touch. She also noted that her drink was perfect. The ambience of this spot is stellar. I love the decor, and the aromas . I also think a requirement for a job is you have to be physically attractive. I saw some folks working here that looked like they model and work here to supplement their modeling pay checks! Overall I would recommend checking this spot out! read more

I met a friend at Sixty Vines! It was my first time going and believe you me it was not a disappointment. This place is such a vibe from the decor, food, and drinks. It such a chic and swanky place a great opportunity for pictures. I had the fig and prosciutto pizza with arugula, and a drizzle of honey with mozzarella cheese and white sauce. While my friend had the bacon and shrimp pizza with provolone and mozzarella, crushed red pepper and sesame seed. Both were absolutely delicious. For appetizers we had the brussels sprouts and burrata. Our waiter was Conner and he was so attentive and had great conversation. They also have outdoor seating the location is perfect and if you park in the deck guess what they will validate!!! This place totally gets five plus stars from me! read more
"Is an elephant my? Yes. I'll be back." I thoroughly enjoyed my brunch experience here. The aesthetic is very welcoming and pleasing to the eyes. The staff is very friendly and personable. Although the restaurant has a large selection of wines, I decided to order a Bloody Mary. They added beer to their recipe which lightens the flavor. The brussels sprouts were amazing. If you like brussels sprouts, definitely give them a try. For my entree I had the pork chop. It had a nice char and was very juicy. I was blown away by Sixty Vines! We came here for a girls night and it was the perfect choice. The restaurant itself is massive and super clean. This spot is perfect for a date night or girls night. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the plethora of wines they offer. I went in not knowing much, but he recommended a few different wines on the list and described them, from there we each selected 4 wines to try for our flight. The wine experience was definitely the highlight, I would go back for that alone. The build your own charcuterie board was also a nice addition, I would definitely order the homemade ricotta again! The pappardelle entree was flavorful, rich and super filling. All in all, I definitely want to come back to Sixty Vines and I would highly recommend it!! read more

My gal pal and I went for a girl lunch and yap on a Sunday afternoon. The waitress was really amazing. I had the pasta with shrimp and a white wine sauce and an espresso martini made with tequila. My pasta was not my favorite. The white wine sauce was sparse and the pasta was al dente on the outside of the plate but a soggy mess towards the middle. It may be from the initial pour of the white wine sauce. But overall it was unseasoned. I had two espresso martinis made with tequila and they were very delicious. While my lunch did not deliver my drinks definitely will. I'm sure I'll be back and try another entree that time! read more

This is one of my favorite places in Charlotte to come for a solid ambiance, good reasonable priced food, and a large selection of drinks to make everyone happy. The service is always prompt, kind, and knowledgeable. They have 60 wines on tap and I always get their froze which is SO GOOD. They have one of the best burgers in Charlotte in my opinion. The small plates Brussel sprouts are also delicious. It's great for a girls night or a date night! read more
WOW, just wow! We had an amazing experience at Sixty Vines. We were a pretty large party - like 10 of us - and our servers were amazing. One was in training but he was amazing. I wish I could remember his name. His was friendly and knowledgeable and patient! The wine was amazing. The food was amazing. The desserts were amazing. The service was amazing. The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable. Truly - top notch experience all the way around! read more
I have visited this place twice. Once for lunch I. The middle of the week and once for a brunch. Each experience was great. The staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable. They are great with large groups and the restaurant is really nice. I love the ambiance and it has great photo op space. I look forward to trying more things on the menu. read more

It was pretty crowded in here but it's pretty spacious and there is plenty of seating. We had reservations so we were able to be seated immediately and sat in what looks like a sunroom on the other side of the bar which had a nice view of the city. They have a lot of wine selections so we told them to choose our selections for us. You can get half pour glasses if you just want to try some which is what we did. We got cheese with it which was okay, I wish we decided to try one of the shareable instead (next time) but for entree I got a pasta and my husband got the trout. Both were yummy and reasonably priced so that you can spend your money on more wine! It was really nice until a group came and decided to crowd the bar area that were pretty much on top of us. Luckily we were almost done with dinner but had to switch our seats to the far side of the table to avoid being bumped. We wished our waitress addressed that. She apologized but said she had not control over that. So I would avoid sitting near the bar. I would recommend this for a date night or night with the girls. read more

Nice restaurant with cool decor. Huge selection of wine. Fairly large menu: the salmon was great, cooked a little less than what I prefer, but still tasted good. The red sauce was very flavorful. The eggplant hummus was really good, and the zucchini was exactly as it looks... Crispy! read more
Loved the outdoor atmosphere when I ate here with my friends. I ordered the fried chicken and caviar and the shishito peppers to share with my boyfriend. The fried chicken wasn't our favorite -- it tasted too sweet and like there was too much batter for our preferences, but we're glad we gave it a try. I preferred the shishito peppers since they had a bit of a kick to it! Also, I'd recommend ordering the frozen Aperol spritz. I'm looking forward to trying more dishes on their menu. On another note, this was the nicest smelling restaurant I've ever been to. I think the candle they had throughout the bathroom and restaurant tables retails for $25! Opted for a cheese and wine pairing and the best cheese pairing, the basque cheesecake. Every time I go to Sixty Vines, I'm always like dang I reallly like this spot. Guess I've never been during warm season because I always comment that I bet it's comfy sitting outside. Decor inside is awesome. I love the furniture and vibes. Don't sleep on their espresso martini. Their wines... I mean there are so many to choose from... can't go wrong. Pasta with shrimp was seriously so good. The shrimp tasted fresh and it was all cooked perfectly. The burrata os by far my favorite item on menu. Also pleasantly surprised by their bacon wrapped dates. The bacon was cooked!! Usually bacon wrapped items are floppy and gross. It was all so good and already made plans to go back for a date night! read more

Another great time at sixty vines. Sat inside for a girls Christmas dinner. Great food and service and drinks ! Loved my first Carajillo ! Espresso drink but not martini ! Loved the orange tones and fragrance. The gingerbread old fashioned was also a great seasonal sipper. Got better as it sat. Great small plates, crispy Brussels, wood fired shrimp, Burrata, mussels , shishito peppers, zucchini fries and the mushroom and leek fromage. All so good the mussels were super meaty and the fromage nice and creamy. The desserts also a bit hit. The deviled good affagato, sticky toffee cake and the basque cheesecake. All amazingly good . The affagato being my fave. Nice chocolate and espresso balance . We had a great time and was a great place for a group event. They validate parking for the lot next to the restaurant! I love their outdoor area but for winter I'll settle for indoor too. read more
*Wine only review* This place is fun for wine lovers! They have a huge menu of wine and their go to is wine flights. They have curated a few already but you can also build your own. It was a lot of fun! The place is huge and has tons of seating options inside and out. Light, airy and plants! Justin was our server and was extremely knowledgeable about wine and friendly! You can park in the lending tree parking deck and they will validate your parking. Didn't try any food but plan to go back! read more
My first time coming here. Service was very good. Our waitress was informative about the menu and gave recommendations on items she tried recently. Very friendly. Food was just ok. The flavor of the salmon was fine but it was cold and the brussel sprouts it was served with lacked any seasoning. Don't come here hungry. Drinks were also, just fine, and didn't make me want to go back for more. The ambiance and decor give a lovely, modern aesthetic. Definitely a cute place to hang. Outside there are heaters so it was even pleasant to be out there in a cool evening. read more

Sixty Vines has been on my radar since it opened, but their previous sanitation grades kept me away. So glad that they got it up--and hope that it stays there--because this place is an absolute GEM! Conveniently located within a newer development in South End, with easy access to a deck that the restaurant validates parking for. Beautiful, dimly lit & spacious interior where one can easily relax after a long day or feel energized by all the natural light streaming in during daytime visits. A rather impressive wine list boasting an enticing array of white, red, rose, orange, & sparkling wines from several regions. A delightful menu including an extensive roster of small plates & mains for a range of palates. All choices considered, I opted for a build-my-own wine flight where I equally loved my selected Albariño, Sauvignon Blanc, Prosecco, & Cava. My dining partner & I shared the Brussels & mussels to start the party. Here you can expect expertly seasoned, minimally sauced, & wonderfully charred Brussels & mussels in the most velvety wine sauce that's so good you'll fight the urge to tip your bowl up. I went with the spicy sausage pizza for my main & it did not disappoint at all--I look forward to today's leftovers...possibly for breakfast. We rounded the night out with the toffee cake--they had me at rum, pineapple, & caramelized ginger. Pro Tip: You simply can't go wrong here. Cheers! read more
Sixty Vines is located in the Southend neighborhood of Charlotte. Inside the restaurant, there are tons of seating options for large and small parties, making it the perfect spot for any occasion. Sixty Vines showcases an amazing selection of foods and wines. They don't have beers on tap, but rather they have wines on tap...hence the name Sixty Vines. It's truly a wine experience! If you try nothing else for food options, make sure to order the pork chop which was super flavorful and tender! You will not be disappointed! My waiter, Nathan, was great and gave awesome recommendations, which were all amazing! Can't wait to go back and try more items in the menu! I actually visited on Wednesday but was so busy enjoying the company I was with and the atmosphere- I neglected to check in! There were 5 in our party and we sat at the bar which was huge. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and nicely lit. The menu has a range of foods and even shareable items. We started with the chicken and caviar which at first read sounds like an odd pairing but it was very tasty. We had 2 orders since it was so good. For my dinner I had the CRESTE DI GALLO with shrimp instead of the roasted chicken and it was amazing! I'm always hesitant to order pasta dishes out because I like heavy garlic and this has the perfect amount. But the frose! It is a must. It's beautiful, well made and just perfection. I'd definitely fo back and can't wait to have girl's date nights here in the summer. read more
I recently stopped by Sixty Vines for dinner and really enjoyed my experience there! The atmosphere, delicious wines and fantastic bites made for a perfect date night! We sat in the bonus dining room, off of the main dining area and I loved the windows and the decor! I would definitely stop by again!
