I really enjoyed tis place. It celebrates Indigenous food…read more Heads up. You will need a reservation and well in advance. The place is really cozy inside but small. I liked it, It made it more intimanite. Menu varies depending on the season. But I am sure that everyone will find something they would like. We chose a few things raw elk with fried capers, shallots & blueberries, the seared scallops with celeriac puree, capers, garlic and butter, saskatoon berry brisket with beef and carmelized onion on bannock, and the pappardelle rabbit ragu with parmigian reggiano . We also took two cockails which was delicous. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was delicious. The stand out was the raw elk. Delicous combination of thing that do a party in you mouth. I would go back just for that . The only thing that I didn't enjoy was the brisket. Way too sweet for me. Be warned it is pricey. Expect to empty your pocket book.

The menu is somewhat seasonal and they were happy to answer all our questions and to provide suggestions where needed. We mostly had some appetizers and we'd like to come back to try more dishes. The seasonal salad had apples and walnuts and was super hearty and delicious. The scallops and the sauce were so tender and creamy, the bison tartare was really nice too. It was similar to a steak tartare with its own twist. If you enjoy steak tartare you will love this. We will definitely be back! Great new local restaurant to support!

I have heard the Tiramisu is excellent, but I have never tried it. They have a good selection of cocktails to try, as well as a great wine list!! Our server was fantastic, very attentive and very helpful in helping us choose our drinks!! It's a very small but cozy bar, with interesting music in the background. It fills up quickly in the evenings and I have seen the line ups for eager patrons waiting to come in!! I recommend Bar Henry for anyone wanting a unique cocktail and a snack, it's wonderful!! Highly recommended after an event on the ice district!!

We ordered some food to share, Millie Panino + Whipped Ricotta and House chips. 10/10 would recommend the Millie Panino to anyone, it was fantastic! The Whipped Ricotta was also delicious but hers and my favorite was the panino. The servers were very friendly and polite and made it a pleasant experience. It is not a full dish restaurant so if you are expecting a Joey experience, this is not the place. While we were there, a party of 6+ showed up and sat down expecting that and ended up leaving. I would recommend this place if you are looking for something a little more intimate.

Our server was friendly and fun. And she totally matched the atmosphere. Food menu is limited. I would like to see a few more selections particulary since they get their meat from Smoke next door. I went with the Zombie which was a flippin 4 oz. It was delicious. And well worth the price. To eat we tried the burnt ends, the fries, and the mac and cheese. Food came out slower than typical but it was a good use of our time to enjoy the space and our drinks. Food was good. For sure the burnt ends were the star of the show. But the mac and cheese was good and creamy and the fries were well flavoured and plentiful. Sliders were well constructed. come here for amazing drinks and snacks! And the food is an added bonus.

So this place in general is really good…read more Service is amazing. People are prompt, thoughtful and friendly. Menu has a lot of good selection and we had very good meals here. Atmosphere is decent. It would be nice if it had more of a Scottish feal, but good for what it is. However, I ordered the wonton soup and it has to be the WORST wonton soup I have ever eaten. The broth was flavourless and murkey. Not many wontons and the veggies were near non existant. It is the first time I have left my food without taking the leftovers home. I just ate the wontons and that was it. My husband's burger looked good. And the wing special was decent. Please come here, but don't order the soup.

Getting there was easy because it's on the west side of the mall with a big sign and an outside entrance. I ordered the fish and chips. It's normally $23.00 but on Thursdays that dish is reduced to $18.00 or $19.00. It came with two huge pieces of fish which were delicious. The fish didn't have the greasy taste that happens in some places. Several of us ordered the same meal and we all enjoyed our fish. The problem was that the other orders such as sandwiches came quite a while after the fish. In fact I was finishing up when the last order arrived. The service was good and friendly but they have got to get the meals timed so that they can be served closer to the same time. This spot would get five stars but for the fact that four of the guys didn't get their meals on time
