We did a walk through of all the items I wanted a quote on; if he was unable to do what I ask then I'm glad I was notified upfront. He also provided a time frame of the requested work. The quote was sent via email the next business day and he followed up a few days later to see if I wanted the work done. I prefer to pay more through a company instead of someone using YouTube and no skill. He also pointed out a few items I needed to take a look in the future so it doesn't get worst. The install included venting outside the house and cost way more than it should have, but I let it go because I just wanted proper air circulation. Fast forward to August 2025 -- the fan completely stopped working. It no longer pulls air at all. I contacted them to ask about warranty on their installation. It is now January 2026 and they have never responded. Expensive install. Low-quality results. Zero accountability. Once they get paid, don't expect them to stand behind their work.
