They take advantage of you since they are already there and you really don't want to find another company, wait until they come, etc. And then have the balls to guilt force you into posting a positive review saying they are doing a competition at work for the most positive reviews. Just go with a smaller mom and pop junk company - these guys will milk you for all you're worth.

His son did the installation. We had a complicated project with nice hardwood laminate that was put into several rooms. First they had to tear out several different types of flooring and make sure all the rooms were all level. This was complicated because we had several years and layers of laminate from the previous homeowners. His team was on time, worked hard and in the end their work was beautiful! This is the best flooring company in the canton, Livonia, Plymouth and Westland area. You will get individual service because the people care about their customers and it is family owned. I will be using this company for all my flooring needs in the future as well!
