My wife & I went here yesterday afternoon. She had a chicken dinner & opted for the salad bar along with a strawberry lemonade. I had a steak. Mine came cooked as I had ordered although for the price it wasn't anything to write home about. My meal came with another item but I don't remember what it was. The fries were large cut & tasty. However my wife's drink was excellent with strawberries on the bottom. Her salad bar items looked very good & the strawberry short cake along side the salad bar made me wish I had ordered that too! Oh & before I forget order the hot rolls when your server suggests them. Out of this world served along with honey butter, YUM! I've never been excited about this restaurant chain. I never thought it had that super star restaurant appeal like Olive Garden or BJ's. It's certainly not a place I would celebrate a birthday. But after the renovation, I think I'll be coming here more often. My first thoughts when I came in the new restaurant was wow...am I in Vegas? The new restaurant design had awesome appeal. My experience was great! First time back in a few years and wasn't disappointed at all. Our server Grace is an excellent very friendly server and made my visit that much better. This is the first time we've eaten here, and everything was delicious. Melissa was friendly, professional, and attentive.

The place is very clean and the service is nice and prompt. Just a few tweaks in the salad bar to offer more items it would be even better.

So me and my husband went here last week and as soon as we walked in we were not greeted by the host named Chelsea. She was very rude and I had a question about the menu and all she did was point back to the menu and not answer my question at all. So disappointed!! They changed their ribs ! I loved their baby back ribs. When I walk to the counter I ordered baby back ribs, when my plate arrived it was pork ribs not baby back ribs. They were dry and tough and not anywhere as good as the baby back ribs they used to serve! The manager offered me a sirloin steak, I turned it down. I told him that if he wanted to replace my dinner I would take a ribeye steak instead . He refused. So I guess my favorite place for baby back ribs is nothing more than a memory now. We visited this Sizzler for lunch yesterday. It is now my favorite Sizzler. It's was clean and the atmosphere was wonderful. The servers were on it the whole time we were there. Cheerful and even asked us if there was anything she could do to make our visit better. The food was very good. Better than any other Sizzler we've been to. The choices were great and even the deserts were good. I really enjoyed the Salad Bar it had everything I wanted. Even the Dressings were good. Especially the Poppy Seed One. This review is for dinner, 4/13/17. This is the first time in many years to visit a Sizzler. They were usually pretty cheesy and the food I'd rate a 1 or 2 stars. Well, they've improved somewhat; at least this one. That said, I can only give three stars. I chose the salad bar. Although the selection is extensive, the quality and flavor are lacking. The food isn't horrible, just not all that good. There were a few standouts--carnitas, macaroni salad and salad primo ingredients such as artichoke hearts, real bacon bits and bleu cheese. That said, the food stations are kept spotless and well-filled. If you're hungry and not too particular about flavor, this is the place for you. I'm not saying that snobbishly, it's just the truth. Yet, the steaks I saw coming out did look decent, so may be worth a try; the prices are pretty good, too. read more

I always get overcooked steaks. Never have I once received a steak that I specifically asked for. I don't mind getting a medium instead of a medium rare since it's extremely close but getting a well done instead of a medium rare is despicable! The chicken I got was dry also. The chefs here are terrible. Don't go to this steakhouse because it's a waste of time trying to enjoy your meal when you have overcooked steaks and dry chicken. read more
