She was soon called back to identify the order being delivered incorrectly. She proceeded to take each meal ( two separate plates) back to her work station before figuring out it was our order. She walked over to our table and proceeded to tell me that there was a mix up on my order (I'll give her that) but when I explained that I wasn't comfortable with not knowing if the food had been handled, Cass' response was "ARE YOU SERIOUS?" I couldn't believe what I heard. Wait.. it gets better. I then explain that I preferred a full refund for the meals, her response was (wait for it..) ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Hilarious and so disappointing. This young generation never ceases to amaze me. One word, CLUELESS!!!

After an excellent steak dinner that cost approximately $330, we brought out a small, pre-sliced ice cream Polar Pizza for our son's birthday. I began serving it myself because it was already sliced. The waitress then came over and, in a confrontational manner, announced that we would be charged a $25 cake-cutting fee. The fee may have previously been mentioned to my wife, but I was not aware of it when I began serving the cake. I understand that restaurants have policies, and a calm explanation would have been enough. Instead, the situation was turned into an unnecessary scene during our son's birthday celebration. Then another large male employee came over, stepped directly into my personal space, and angrily asked, "Would you bring beer into a bar?" He got right in my face without first asking what had happened or allowing me to explain. His tone and decision to get that close were aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We ultimately paid the $25 fee even though the staff did not cut, plate, or serve the cake. The fee was frustrating, but the confrontational way the employees handled the situation was far worse. Families considering celebrating a child's birthday here should confirm every outside dessert policy beforehand. In our case, what should have been a joyful moment for our son became an upsetting experience. It did not leave us feeling as though families celebrating with children were welcomed or valued. A simple and respectful conversation could have resolved everything in seconds. Instead, their response changed the entire mood and ruined what should have been a special ending to our son's birthday dinner. The food may still be excellent, but a restaurant is remembered for more than its steaks. After years of loyalty, the aggressive and disrespectful way this was handled during our son's birthday has cost them our business. We will not be returning.

I was there weekend and i must admit that the service was great and the kind manager lady was probably the best about the whole trip there, she was very well mannered and i had mentioned to her that i would write a review only because of her. I want to say her name was Maira and i joked around saying this job was too much for a little lady like her and i dont know if that offended her or not but my wife said that wasn't nice so im apologizing for that even if i did not offend. the service was great, the servers were nice and they checked up consistently. the prices did go up a little but i we paid for what we got and it was well worth the cost. thanks again and will definitely return, maybe with a coupon or two but will return. read more

after a very bad experience at the hemet sizzle I contacted the regional Manager Hector he appologized and sent me a coupon for a different location we choose the Perris ca location. man what a difference hemet gets a 0 Perris gets a 10 hemet. cold food poorly attended to salad bar no salmon manage go assistant manager sitting down eating in the dinning talking on tphe phone . we had to ask for the cheese bread.poor service. Terrible Terrible Service. Save your money and go somewhere else. The service takes forever to bring your drinks, and if you want a refill, good luck. The food is cold! I ordered a burger, they ask what kind of cheese do you want, but don't tell you that it costs extra. I ordered the burger, plus the salad bar. I alway taken the burger home, and had the salad bar as my meal. When I got home to put my food away, I found a dead fly with my burger. Totally discussing! I will never again eat at such place. Regarding our order we asked for shrimp ceviche made with "cured" (lime-marinated) shrimp, but she brought us cooked shrimp instead, and she couldn't explain how the shrimp was prepared. We also ordered "Costa Azul" shrimp à la carte, but she brought them with rice, beans, and salad. We left a tip because my brother was the one paying, but personally, I wouldn't have left anything; they really ought to hire staff who are more proficient in the language.

1/10 don't reccomend This specific store sales stale stale…read morebread like crouton stale When you order your subs Mike's way they don't even put oregano, oil or vinegar on their subs. They barely put any lettuce. I also asked for mayonnaise, mustard and pickles on all of my subs and none of my subs had any of the following ingredients. Not only that, the bread was super dry and crispy. When I called to make a complaint they said they can only offer me a discount going forward and then the woman on the phone told me that the bread had just come out of the oven and then laughed and hung up on me and I called the store four times following that phone call with no answer. So I called from a block number and got an answer right away and argued with a gentleman for about 20 minutes about the quality of their subs and their customer service they refused to give me a refund, told me that it was not possible. They told me that they tried their best on the quality of the subs and the man also informed me that the bread was not in fact just out of the oven and that they try their best These subs were the driest subs I've ever had and I wouldn't have spent $90 on sandwiches if I had known that they would have come in way below satisfactory I'm definitely not happy with my purchase. I'm not happy with the customer service. I'm not happy with the store in general When asking to speak to a manager or to have contact with a manager they told me that was not an option. When I asked for corporates, phone number or email they told me that also it was not an option. They refused to help me escalate my issue to get a solution that we were both happy with and from here on out I refuse to support this establishment with the way that they have treated me tonight and the quality of food that showed up at my door.
