After reading other reviews, I expected a super friendly greeting at the truck, but was instead greeted with, "Do ya know what you want?" No warmth, but not rude either. It was what I'd expect in a busy New York deli. We waited nearly 20 minutes for our food, but my son said his chicken masala was a little cold inside of his burrito. He said it was just okay, not bad. My husband said his burrito was mushy and couldn't tell there was chicken in it. He wasn't impressed, and I was surprised after all of the glowing reviews. Fortunately, the samosas were fantastic. They were perfectly crispy outside, seasoned and soft inside, and the green sauce was the best. I'd return just for samosas and sauces. My butter chicken and garlic Naan were also amazing. We ordered two garlic Naans, but I expected more pieces. My husband reminded me that they weren't serving sizes of tortillas. Good point. They were so garlicky and fluffy that you might need two servings for one person. (Maybe it's enough if you order rice too, but we didn't order rice). I just dipped the Naan in the creamy butter sauce. They didn't give me a fork, and we were too lazy to walk back in the rain. I got full from the samosa and garlic Naan and still have butter chicken leftovers. 16 Oz is good for 3-4 small servings. The rich sauce is filling on its own.

Indian / Mexican Fusion ‍ so so so good !! Everything is full of flavor , you can't go wrong with any of the menu items. Their samosas are the best I've had around they are packed full of flavor. Not pictured is their chai horchata which is a must get if you're a lover of either drinks! The service was great , & the order was ready fairly quick. They also have a well set seating area if you'd like to stay and have your food there great vibes and food all the way around !

Food was delicious. I'm definitely coming back for more! We bought the food around 6:30 pm. We bought the chicken quesadillas, lamb tacos, garlic and butter bread. I think my favorite dish was the chicken quesadilla.

I got the butter chicken burrito, samosa appetizers, and mango Lassi drink. The food was decent. I would go back just for the mango lassi alone. Not blown away by the food but not disappointed either. Plan on trying other items next time.

Wow! I'm actually really impressed! First timer and I was a little hesitant to try Indian Fusion Food outta of a food truck but this why you gotta get out of your comfort zone. I got the Naan Chalupa with my choice of butter chicken as my protein. It was really freaking good. I thought it was a little much on the saucy side but at the end, I had leftover naan to where I was able to scoop it up on the bread. Like a little sweet surprise. My bf got the chicken tikka masala burrito and he really liked his. Not spicy at all. I also got the samosa and freaking fiiire man. Perfectly crispy on the outside but nicely seasoned potatoes and peas in the inside. The sauces that come with *chef's kiss* pairs perfectly with the samosas. I got the mango lassi and it was pretty good. It reminds me of a mango smoothie but using Greek yogurt's as the base. The dude who took my order is pretty cool. They accept card! I'll definitely be coming again and trying new things.

While returning from Yosemite, I was craving for tacos and stumbled up on this Desi Mexican fusion food truck in Modesto. It was a 10/15 min detour but worth it. We ordered chicken masala naan chalupas, chicken bowl and everything was delicious. Will definitely visit this place and highly recommend it

A breath of fresh air to Modesto's food truck scene. Finally some culinary genius decided to have an Indian- Mexican fusion truck, I mean it only makes sense for the diverse cultures of the central valley.. Right? Amazing food... Great Customer Service. Samosas OMFG! and those lamb kabobs. It's obvious in the flavors they are not taking any short cuts in the food. A+

Delicious! Friendly and fast service. My favorites were the masala chicken loaded fries and the paneer naan chalupa. We got everything "not spicy" and I thought it was the perfect amount of heat. I think those 2 dishes must be the most popular on the menu because they were incredible! Everything was packaged well, no issues with spills or smells in the car. Food didn't take long, we went at dinner time.

The first time I visited the truck, the food was messy but good. So I visited a second time today. This trip the butter chicken in a quesadilla was so very salty , almost inedible. The tortilla was charred on both sides. It wasn't crisp , just burnt tasting. I left a pretty good tip (as I hadn't yet tasted, and like to support small biz), but didn't notice until I was leaving a sign saying that posted prices already reflected taxes,. Therefore,if posted prices are correct, a couple bucks were added to my food total even before I left my tip. My bad. LESSON LEARNED! read more

Very friendly guys! They called me to inform me that my Door Dash driver did not pick up my order and another driver was sent hence why my order was late. It was not their fault, but because of the inconvenience they added complimentary samosas which were delicious. I had their chicken tandoori chalupa and butter chicken with garlic naan which were all delicious. I highly recommend this spot! read more

This place was insanely good. I went in super skeptical because I couldn't imagine Indian and Mexican fusion, it's so so good though. I have only tried the chicken masala as a protein but it's super flavorful and tender. I got the tacos and the naan chalupa. The tacos were like street tacos but with a saucy chicken tikka, the naan was good too. I can't believe how good it all was. Definitely give it a try. read more

Honestly, I didn't really enjoy the food. It wasn't bad, but it didn't taste like authentic Indian cuisine. When you order the Mango Lassi, ask for no ice. That drink was probably the best thing. The chicken portions were small, and the fries were just okay. The rice was cooked nicely, but it lacked seasoning. The portion sizes were definitely off. Yeah, the vibe of the food truck was super chill, and they had some great music playing. And let me tell you, the owner is a riot! He's got a great sense of humor and is really sarcastic. Overall, he's a cool guy, but yeah, they could work on something's. read more

the food here was so amazing! I always have a hard time choosing what I want to eat for dinner. It's either always Mexican food or I drive out of town to get chicken tikka masala. Well, now I don't have to choose anymore! My favorite worlds combining! I knew for sure I wanted the chicken masala loaded fries and I'm glad I got them! It was so good. I also got myself the quesadilla, which was also very great! I forgot to include photos of my boyfriends burrito and the naan we got, but he finished the whole thing! The service was amazing! The lady was super friendly and helpful for our first time and the cook even brought out our food for us and opened our soda bottle! Definitely will be coming back! This gem is located near Trader Joe's and Firestone parking lot. We've always driven by and finally decided to try this place out. It's an Indian Mexican fusion taco truck. I had 3 tacos; paneer masala, soy masala, and chicken masala. I got them mild and it was perfect spice level. My husband got the paneer masala burrito with a higher spice level and was delicious. The mango Lassi hit the spot; sweet and satisfying. The service was fantastic. We were friendly greeted when we came up to the truck.if we had questions, the worker was happy to help us. We only waited 10 mins after we ordered and was able to enjoy our food, hot off the grill. We will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu =) read more

The location & Foodtruck is very clean & convenient , limited seating but great service, very friendly & courteous. I ordered Lamb Tikka & 2 Nans (1 would have been sufficient), prep time a little slow at 15 minutes (but understandable based on type of cuisine requires extra prep time). Portion size very good, included 3 medium size kebabs, rice & medley of fried onions & tomatoes. Very good flavor food definitely a fusion of Mexican & Indian flavors. Reasonably priced below $20 read more

The 1st time we tried this place I wasn't too sure how to feel about it, asked for spicy butter chicken however it was very mild and extra rich compared to our normal spots, I will say the service is so good, such a nice guy always ready to help and answer questions, also very patient! Great customer service! Since the 1st time I've had a chance to try the fusion items ( tacos & burrito ) soooo so good! The flavor, the chicken, the sauces! If you're skeptical about the fusion don't be, they know EXACTLY what they're doing! Butter chicken extra spicy is just right in flavor for us, this is a rich butter chicken to me but very good! Samosas are also so good I believe they're wrapped in naan don't quote me definitely ask but the outsides seem more bready than other ones I've tried Tacos are my favorite if you're not sure what to get try one My husbands a burrito boy so that's his favorite, order this if you're starving, it's definitely a good size! Came here for the first time and was disappointed! The butter chicken and goat curry had a weird taste that threw both of them off, including the burritos which had a onion taste that took over the whole burrito. They also messed up my order and gave me attitude when i told them what items i was missing. After 20 minutes they decided to fix my order. Definitely not coming back here read more

The gentleman at the counter was friendly and helpful. Look forward to going back and trying some of the other dishes off the menu.
