He told me one price up front, then when it came time to pay, he suddenly raised it with no explanation. When I questioned him, instead of acting like a professional, he completely lost it--screaming at me like a lunatic in front of everyone. It doesn't stop there. He struts around with the biggest ego in the room, barking at his employees and treating them like trash. The staff deserve medals for putting up with him, because working under someone this toxic has to be hell. It's the textbook definition of short man syndrome--loud, insecure, and desperate to feel in control. I've dealt with tough business owners before, but never someone this unprofessional and pathetic. Absolute trash behavior. The employees are saints, but the owner is a disgrace, an embarrassment, and the single reason this place will never reach its potential.
