Requested HECO to come out and discovered the 100 amp breaker melted the plastic behind it and basically fell apart. Requested an electrician on Memorial Day and Johny responded very quickly and came out right away. Obviously checked the reviews prior to requesting him. Anyways, by just providing him a picture he could tell just the breaker needed replacing instead of the whole panel, which would've costed thousands. Johny is super knowledgeable and friendly.
