I got a pedicure with gel polish. Paid $60 for the whole thing. Asked for them to fix the polish on my nails and they started, then decided they would just refund me. I agreed and said ok, that works. The owner started getting angry so I started recording for my safety. She/him called her merchant to refund $20 of my payment for the gel polish. I'm assuming the bank said they couldn't do it so the owner became belligerent- yelling, cussing, getting in my face and being aggressive with me. I recorded the interaction and she/him. She/him then called the police and said I didn't pay for my service. I paid with card and could prove that I paid so I'm not sure how he/she thought that would play out lying the way he/she did. The manager/whoever was yelling at me- then said I'm poor and low class and that he would beat my ass if he/she ever caught me outside of the salon. The pictures of their work is posted so yall can see how poorly my toes were done originally for them to verbally assault me the way he did. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! There's a reason why this salon is empty.

Well now we are sitting outside Unico Nail Care because she has fungus all over her toes. She has to under go treatment for $250+ to get her nails back to normal. The people here suggested ACRYLIC ON HER BIG TOE, now she could have gotten the fungus from their tools or two her acrylic lifted and water got in and we all know fungus loves moisture! They never gave me an answer and I asked about 4 times, the lady came to get me and proceeded to sit me and put nails on me that were not duck tip and still hadn't told me the price for the short nails I wanted. So now I'm frustrated because now I'm asking her if she's going to be able to make them look like duck nails? she ignores me then takes the nails off and finally finds the duck tip. I felt the lady frustrated with me already, because I'm asking for her to make my nails shorter and she just wouldn't go shorter. I'm guessing she was trying to keep the price high I'm really not sure but I like short nails so just do them short, right? She finally starts making them shorter like I asked but also starts filing the side of the nail, which is taking away the duck nail form. So I know now she's being petty with me for simply asking for what I want on the nails I'm paying for. I'm like okay I'm done with this just take my nails off because she clearly wasn't getting what I wanted. I was going to give her $20 for wasting her time/nail tips. She took it upon herself to grab my hands roughly and slapped one of my hands and made a smart comment like "calm down girl it's okay" puts it into a little bucket with acetone to remove the tips I'd imagine. She takes off the "product/nail tip" but she ends up leaving my hands looking worse than what they already looked. I don't think it's fair to be treated such way when I was going in to come back out feeling pretty, instead I came out crying because I felt like shrek with these hands. Maybe if I had a different lady working on my nails, it could've been a different story. The fact that they let me walk out like this, shows a lot about this place. Wouldn't recommend
