Right away we knew she was the right fit for us. She took the time to get to know us before we contracted, so both sides knew what they were getting into. We picked the Full Planning Package, and that allowed us to occasionally get distracted by buying a house and major job changes without worrying that we were losing track of our wedding checklist and timetable. We met frequently and every time I came away feeling more and more prepared for the day. She brought things up I wouldn't have even considered, she helped give advice but never pushed. On the day of the wedding I didn't have to think about anything but what was happening in the moment. A truly precious gift. Kristen and her assistant really went above and beyond. The day truly felt like us. Thank you Kristen for being a rock for us throughout everything!! I provided them with my address and thus replied, "thank you". Princess never showed up. When I inquired they said I never confirmed a time???? Poor customer service. Based on my very consistent emails within a few days of purchasing a Groupon you could clearly tell I was interested. If they need additional information from me, I would have hoped they would have been a bit proactive in clarifying. When you pay $100 for 30 minutes you hope for a level of customer service. Let's hope they take accountability for misses on their side and provide a refund.

After moving back to the area she was also available in person, and even came to our house to pick up some items for our wedding. She made our vision come true and it was everything and then some! A lot of florists would take advantage of that and charge you way more than what they need to. Not Lindsay! She talked me through everything and I basically just picked colors, and she ran with it. My bouquet was huge and stunning, I received so many compliments on all the floral decor. What makes her the best, though, is that she is there to answer any questions throughout the process. She had an excellent eye for detail and extremely organized (she sent me weekly email status updates and action items to do). She was able to negotiate great deals with the vendors and directly dealt with them which was amazing to get off my plate. I also had certain things that I wanted for the party (i.e. i try to be as sustainable as i can do that meant little waste, compostable plates, etc) and Fazia was able to source these items that met this demand (ie the plates matched the color theme and were cute!). Our first dance was unforgettable - Keith was right on cue with my song, and it was LOUD, clear, and absolutely beautiful through his sound equipment. Keith was great to work with in general - easygoing and friendly, and fast to respond to calls and emails. I had some unusual requests, so I brought along 3 homemade CDs. He mixed in my requests in with plenty of hits and favorites for everyone else. My now-husband and I are fairly laid back people, and in the weeks leading up to the wedding, we really appreciated Keith's combination of helping us picture the night (in his MC duties), and his laid-back approach when we answered "I don't know" to several questions about what we wanted for songs at different parts of the night (turns out he had good suggestions too: "Sugar Sugar" is really fine for the cake cutting song). Also, compared to some of the other event planning/DJ vendors we looked at, he was incredibly responsive, matched our style (some of the others seemed kind of high-strung when we called them for quotes), and was well within our budget When it came to the actual wedding? He kept the dance floor packed all night. We gave him a list of songs that we thought were fun, and he worked most of them in at one time or another. Several guests remarked that night at how good he was at keeping the flow of the party going. A few guests had requests that he didn't have on him, and he would download a version of the song in real-time. Highly recommend.
