If they need additional information from me, I would have hoped they would have been a bit proactive in clarifying. When you pay $100 for 30 minutes you hope for a level of customer service. Let's hope they take accountability for misses on their side and provide a refund.

Don't go by that. She is a good talker. Just as the names initial, JD should stand for Just Dont hire. This company should not be in this business at all, unless you are ready to do 90 -95%% of the work yourself. Very irresponsible. You do everything. She or her team will appear may be an hour before the event and run around showing off as if they are managing everything. They barely got in touch with vendors and if they did it was at last minute and that too not with everyone. One of the vendors when we told him about who our coordinator is actually told us not to rely on her as she does everything last minute. Wish we took that vendor seriously. From our Sangeet arrangements to the day of baraat, they reached may be an hour before the event. The venue event manager did everything. Baraat day they never got in touch with the venue ahead of religious ceremony to see where bride is going to be waiting (the photographer reached with bride before them an hour early and figured out with people there) or the parking is open or not where the baraat will start. They had no clue. They just appear like rainbows and run around. The day of reception they did some work after much pursuing. They helped with gifts and labeling of a few dishes. Again did not check the seating, my husband checked and found that a couple of tables required extra chairs. JD and her team left early and we did final wind up. Please feel free to message if you have questions. These are few examples of their irresponsible, and no accountability, behavior. We would have been better off hiring two high school kids and explaining them what we need and paying them. If we were not on top off everything our event would have been a disaster. They should not be in this business at all. They are very capable of messing up anyone's once in a lifetime event if you are depending on them.

My husband and I decided 4 months before our wedding to add video vendor services as most friends said it was their biggest regret to not have. WCP offers both photo and video packages but also different price points if you hire Sam/Katie or a Junior Associate. We loved that there was a value option for us to include video. Jamie was our Junior Associate. He came highly recommended by our wedding coordinator and I see why! His bubbly personality was a welcome addition day of to keep the energy high and make the documented moments feeling authentic and intentional. He went above and beyond with capturing drone footage and every wedding moment start to finish. After our big day, Sam edited our video to deliver a 2 minute teaser, 8 minute video capture, and provided us all raw footage. On top of this, they give couples the option to select songs. Our video was ready in about 6 weeks which was exactly in the middle of the proposed delivery timeline discussed. All email outreaches were responses to within 24 hours. They are simply good people to work with and were a great addition to our wedding vendor team! Tip: They offer a 5% discount with all cash payments.

Here is my whole review: Austin is an amazing artist! He will be my photographer at my destination wedding in Hawaii and I cannot be more excited! We first got to test out Austin during our engagement photos and loved the experience. They were shot with a unique style that was very personalized to us. We told him we wanted a mix of romantic and edgy photos and that's what he gave us! He also traveled to 2 very different locations that we wanted, and that meant so much to us. By the time the wedding came around, I was pretty stress-free about how the photos would turn out, and being a stress-free bride is such a priceless experience. Thats how my husband and I have felt since our 5.18.2019 wedding! From the moment I met Amy I knew she was our wedding planner. After talking to almost every wedding planner in the greater chicagoland area I thought Amy is just too good to be true. So in true OCD crazy bride fashion I asked for references and previous brides to talk to about their experience. Amy did not even blink or make me feel totally insane which is a quality every bride should look for in a wedding planner. We thankfully chose the full planning package, because we were planning our Chicago wedding from across the country. Amy responded to every midnight email, every pacific coast phone call and never made us feel like we were alone. She kept us on budget and when we were going over budget she wasn't afraid to bring us back to reality. Amy negotiated all of our vendors and got us the best deals, I cannot stress this enough! Before Amy we were getting quoted 2-3x the costs, and for brides who hate to negotiate she was a God send. Amys wedding day timeline is better than any book or planning binder you can find, she really knows what she's talking about with a month to month breakdown that becomes like your checklist and makes sure to keep your wedding day timeline on track.
