The price was sooo reasonable and we didn't spend a lot of time in there considering we had 7 watches that needed to be fixed. He was very friendly and his store has so much to look at too. I would definitely recommend people to come check him out. I would come back if I need my watches fixed.

Dropped of my 500 dollar Harley watch to have the broken glass replaced. He took 3 days longer than…read morequoted. He called and told me it was broke and he would not fix it. I took the watch off my wrist and it worked fine when I gave it to him. After he called me a liar that it didn't work I looked at the glass. The broke part of the glass was now positioned 180' out from where it was. Turns out that he took it apart and apparently dropped the guts and broke the center pin according to a real jeweler. I asked Benny to make it right and pay for it and he declined. May god have mercy on his lying soul. Won't recommend this to a crook because they don't like competition either. Dishonest.. I dropped off my vintage diamond ring (given to…read moreme by my mother) to have the diamond reset as it had fallen out Asked Mr. Jimmy to reset diamond back to it's original opening on the band. I went to pick up ring to discover diamond was no longer set in original opening but in a new mount that set above the band. The new mounting allowed for another stone to be used to replace my original diamond. Mr. Jimmy became rude and agitated when I questioned him about the ring. Changing a watch battery he may be fine at BUT if you have a valuable piece of jewelry please get it appraised before taking to Mr. Jimmy's Jewelry Repair Shop.

Ended up with mostly 1 oz rounds and a couple smaller pieces. Easy process. The transaction was smooth and honest. They actually talk to you and make you feel welcome, not rushed or pressured. If you're new to silver and gold, they explain things without talking down to you. Sometimes the lines are long but that only proves that these guy are exceptionally awesome . I called other coin shops before going here. One wanted $8 premium on rounds and $10 on Silver Eagles -- straight ripoff. These guys were a lot more fair and resealable. I asked them their premiums up front and they told me straight up $1.50 on rounds and $3.50 to $4.50 on Silver Eagles cant remember. At the time, silver spot was around $80-$81. And change.
