Just two days ago I recently got back from a week long missionary trip in Mexico and the pain in my sciatic nerve area on my left side was heightened! With a scale of 1-10 10 being the worst pain ever, it was 6-9. I had ways to temporarily heal it with creams and ibuprofen but I knew from experience with massages I'd be needing one when I got back stateside. On my way to pick up my wife in high desert, I wanted to find a massage therapist on my route. I looked in areas of Victorville, Rancho Cucamonga, and Ontario only one seemed promising but they had an 11 hour response time. Since, I live in Fallbrook, I thought about Temecula/Murrieta...I forgot I was passing through Temecula anyways. *Alas, I found Fusion Therapeutic Massage and maybe it was the reviews, or the pictures or Carol's Biography but it spoke to me, the response time being 10 min was a lot better. I know setting something up would be a chance, a day off appointment with super short notice. I sent Carol my story about my mission trip and my left "sciatic nerve area" and then I waited for a reply. Sure enough, around 10 minutes I got a reply and unfortunately she didn't have an appointment until 3:30pm but I knew I shouldn't pass on it so I booked it! Not too long after I was told of a cancellation at 2pm so I switched to that! On the way home from Victorville around Corona we hit gridlock traffic, placing me at missing my appointment by 30 minutes or so. I voice texted Carol and explained my situation and she returned my call. She sounded eager to help me out. And told me about a 5pm appointment was available, so I took it! I was very appreciative of Carol for accommodating me! I got to my appointment around 4:50pm and I did the pre massage evaluation... Prior to getting ready to unrobe, Carol was very tentative about if I like the room warm or cool and I said I typically run hot so she adjust the room temperature. The massage room was one of the best massage rooms I've been in with a great ambience and feel, it smelled great and the soothing music was perfect. I got on the table and came in and got situated not even knowing her table lowered and raised which was awesome. She started, and we were off. I'm okay with conversations or not during a massage, all depends on context and it seemed like Carol and I had a good give and take conversation really getting to know each other. It helps to get to know the people who are providing a service to you like your doctor or tattoo artist. I think it makes the experience that much more wonderful. She didn't seem to be using cookie cutter techniques and it was a nice blend of a Fusion of styles...it was epically amazing! Until she told me about the barefoot massage (she stands on you, barefoot and massages your entire backside head to toe! I WAS IN HEAVEN total NIRVANA moment! AMAZING Technique...WOWZERS! It was THE BEST EXPERIENCE of any therapeutic massage I had ever gotten! Afterwards, I paid and thought to give her a better tip than just 20% because of all of the accommodations she had to make for me and the barefoot massage was that awesome, I definitely have to go back for that! The next morning my pain area feels a lot better...a bit achy in other areas but expected from getting a fresh massage. I would HIGHLY recommend Carol to use her technique to help "heal" your aches and pains! Personally, the Best Massage I've ever gotten! SEEING ISN'T BELIEVING, IT'S FEELING!!!! There aren't enough positive words to describe how much Carol has helped me overcome my migraines. I see here bi-weekly and since I've been going regularly I've had virtually no migraines and minimal tension headaches. I use to suffer terribly from tension headaches as all my stress is carried in my neck and shoulders. Carol also is unique in her style as she is trained and fabulous at ashiatsu massage, which is the use of her feet while balancing from bars in her ceiling. The first time I visited Carol, I was super impressed with her magic on my tense back muscles. I became a fan and I told her I would be there every week until I get the tense muscles back into place. I have no complaints and I highly recommend her. She is very kind and friendly and has made me feel relaxed. She also loves music, so talk to her about The Mavericks :-). I was a college athlete. I generally select a masseur as they are the only ones strong enough to give me the deep tissue massage I require. Carol was amazing! Her strength, her skill at finding and loosening my knots and her endurance were impressive. It was my first experience with the standing on the back massage. I saw pics of her online with that bar pool on the ceiling and got super excited... But unfortunately I was not a good candidate for that type of massage because I need a pregos massage.
