Horrible experience! The man that does pedicures is rough at best and burned my toe with the electric file! When he knew he did it he looked up at me said nothing and just kept going! My husband's toe was cut by the lady that did his and is currently red, sore and still hurts 2 days later. Be careful with this place if you go! I got an acrylic full set and a pedicure here. The pedicure was amazing, but the gel polish is chipping and it's only been 2 days. The full set was terrible. The nails are wavy and you can see my natural nail underneath. They're also all pointing up instead of straight which could really affect the way my natural nails grow. Unprofessional & Unsanitary - Buyer Beware I used to be a loyal client with the previous owners, especially Delena, who took the time and provided perfect service. It was sad to see her leave. Since the new owners took over, this place has become a "pump-out" shop. They focus on quick, messy work and do not clean their tools between clients. They file so hard, damaging your nails, and get upset if you say anything, talking about you amongst themselves. After 7 months, I decided to give them another shot because one stylist in chair 2 is talented, although she is very rough. Because they are local and sent me coupons for my birthday, I asked for an appointment. The stylist called me the next day and specifically asked if I was Delena's client before, then canceled my appointment, saying I am "too picky." This is incredibly unprofessional and proves they are deliberately turning away customers who expect quality work. read more

ever since this place went under new ownership I'm the service has gone down.... twice I've gone in for an appt and had to wait 20 min or so... last time I went in with my daughter and step daughter with appts they made one of them wait 30 min for her mani, she eventually just left after not getting her mani. Funny because one time I was 3 min early and they were calling me to see where I was at yet this last time they were 20 mins late to take me in I only started going here because it's close to home, Neat Nails is much better and they never make you wait, Kim and Han are the best there! read more

We made an appointment on a Sunday about 1.5 hours in advance. There was a bit of a wait when we arrived, but we did not mind! Everyone was incredibly kind. There were many colors to choose from--and the environment was clean and welcoming. It was $45 for dip nails. This seems like a pretty competitive price in Tucson! Pedicures here are awful. They use a cheese grater type tool which is a health code violation. Instead of using cuticle trimmers some of them drill the toe nail. Also inappropriate. Some employees do not speak English and do not ask for help from coworkers who do if there is an issue, so not possible to communicate with them. Unacceptable. On top of that they try to demand tips in cash versus card. Excuse me, but since it's my money I'll decide how I tip you. How ungrateful and entitled. read more

My mom and I called for an appointment on a weekday afternoon, and we were able to get in right away. We appreciated that they had told us that it is near Leslie Pool as that made it easy to find. The store is so clean and cute. They had nature videos playing, which was enjoyable. We were seated immediately, and they began our pedicures right away. Incredible attention to detail, I've never had my nails/toes done so meticulously! I got dip + chrome mani and gel pedi which took a little under 2hrs (I chose a pale color for toes which took extra coats so that's on me). I really enjoyed this nail salon experience both times I went. The first time I went right when they opened and was offered a glass of orange juice in a champagne class. This is a very new salon and it looks that way -- everything is very clean and I can tell the equipment they use is of the new variety. I get a dip manicure and was very happy with my nails' quality 3+ weeks after both times. The second trip I also got a pedicure and the massage was phenomenal. They also offer a variety of sugar scrubs and lotions (6-7 different options). Even though I just moved across town to Star Pass I will be going out of my way to get my nails done here. I was very impressed on how clean the building was. Has a nice atmosphere, they even offer you a fancy juice in a wine cup! I went with my cousin, we both had different sets bet semi matching. She got a white short set, both of our sets turned out beautiful. I would've given a 5 star if it wasn't for my right thumb nail lifting. They do have a policy that they will fix your nails in a 24 hour period with receipt. But unfortunately I got my nails done around 10-11 ish AM and I have the go out of town so I will not make it back by then tomorrow. Lifting started to show more drastically by 10 PM. I tried to press it down but as I did that blank started to leak. Both of the artist that assisted us were very friendly and wonderful. Get cash to tip tho!! They don't have tipping options for card unfortunately. I would still recommend this place because I know I would be able to get this fixed if it didn't clash with my schedule. This was my first time going there and definitely my last. I was there for over 2.5 hours and got horrible service. My nails were uneven, not straight and the wrong color. When I asked the guy to fix it, he declined my request and said he was unable to do it, even though he definitely was. Then, I asked him to go over my nail color once more to enhance it, when he then told me to wait and I had to wait 30 minutes while he helped someone else that had an appointment after me. I explained I had somewhere to be, and he did not care. Following this, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes while he helped someone else, even though I had an appointment earlier. Even after all of the trouble I had to go through, I still had to pay full price for my nails, which was ridiculous. This was a horrible experience and I will never be coming back here. read more

This spa is awesome they did such good detail for little nails the only bad thing is that my nails fell off in one day when I got home from the salon the started to pop off and I didn't even pick, pull or bite them the only thing I did was itch my leg and like four popped off.
