Food is included in the price and it is buffet style for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is not but you are more than welcome to order more and take things to go. There's snacks available between lunch and dinner but there's also hot chocolate/coffee available all day long with some pastries. The only downside were the rooms. They are connected so if you have loud neighbors, you won't be getting good sleep. Overall, my kids loved the place and want to go back soon. I guess we'll have to wait for another Black Friday deal.

A guy named D*ll*s was unnecessarily aggressive and actually MEAN when we asked why they weren't able to combine our points into one card. (We've got points scattered about over a dozen cards over the years.) He insisted that in order to redeem them, we'd have to use them one by one but that points can't even be combined during the transaction to exchange for a higher point item. He shook his head angrily when I asked to speak to the manager to confirm this, bc that's odd - why make it harder for customers to redeem points especially when each card costs $2 before credits are even added. One of the managers explained that the inability to combine cards is a point of service system issue that they've been dealing with but is ultimately TEMPORARY and is location-specific so it isn't a problem at the Danbury location. But like, it's not that serious- we're just going to hold onto the points until this location's POS is updated. The fact that D*ll*s was unnecessarily rude and aggro is more annoying than the points thing. Jeez, he acted like answering STANDARD customer service questions is a burden. So... yeah. I heard a lot of people asking about the snack bar. It's too bad it was closed. Their waterpark is only open from 11 AM to 7 PM when basically every other waterpark that I've ever been to is open at least 12 hours a day. When the waterpark is closed, there is nothing else available in this place. Food is almost impossible to come by and if you do, you will wait an incredibly long time. The waterpark is small and crowded. Almost all the restaurants are closed until five if they open at all. Our room which was over $400 a night was not what I expected in the bathroom looked like something that you would see in a prison with the drain in the middle of the floor of the bathroom no designated shower or bath area it's just a shower curtain which had molded all over the bottom of it, over a tile floor. Our garbage had someone else else's tissues in it and our shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all empty. This made me wonder what we waited till 5 o'clock for because checkout is at 11 and check-in is at four. That's five hours for their staff to clean the rooms. I think that that is enough time if you were properly staffed which they are far from. It was the worst resort waterpark I've ever seen or been to. The manager, sabrina is elusive. I asked for her when Daniel was at the front desk when we were trying to figure out when our room was going to be ready and he couldn't find her and then the next morning I called down and got Sabrina on the phone, but she put me on hold for forcing me to go downstairs and then wait for her yet again. This place is so poorly managed. The only good thing I can say is that the employees were nice. And I think that that says a lot because they're constantly hearing how horrible this place is and they all know it. This was also the most expensive waterpark we've ever been to. Please save your money. This place is an absolute rip off, and you will be sadly disappointed.

Let's talk about last night…read more We came here to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday with a party of 10. When we first arrived, we were greeted by the employee at the front counter, who was friendly and seemed to be in a good mood. We paid $107 for an hour of bowling and headed to our lanes. About five minutes later, management approached us and said that one of our teenagers had called an employee the N-word. We were told we had to leave immediately and that we would not receive a refund. We were completely shocked. We had no idea what they were talking about, so we tried to understand what had happened. During the discussion, we were told the police had been called. At that point, I gathered my family and waited near the entrance for the officers. We asked for some explanation, security footage, or any details about the alleged incident, but we were told the employee was too upset to come out and explain what had happened. I want to give credit to the officers from the Wappingers police department, they handled the situation professionally and took the time to listen to both sides. After speaking with us and then with the employee, it became clear that she had overheard one of the teenagers using the N-word while talking among themselves, not directing it at her. That is a very different situation from what we were originally accused of. The officer then asked management to contact the owner about refunding our money, and thankfully we did receive a full refund. We left and spent the rest of the evening somewhere else. My biggest issue isn't that someone was offended, it's how the situation was handled. Before getting the facts, management accused our family of directing a racial slur at an employee, called the police, and attempted to remove us without a refund. That was embarrassing and upsetting for everyone involved. I left feeling that the situation was handled far too quickly without a proper investigation or giving our family an opportunity to explain what had actually happened. I hope management reviews its procedures so future customers are treated more fairly before such serious accusations are made.
