It has been yearrrrrrrrrs since I last skated but this place brought us so much joy. It's very much outdated but it has strong bones. The skates smells but what do you expect you know? I enjoyed my time here, it's very much a more youthful location but I had so much fun watching the kids show off! The service was friendly and to be honest it's a great place to celebrate a birthday! I plan on coming back soon with my kiddos!

The place is a bit tired/run down. The business was full of customers despite its first appearance. Cash only place as far as food/snacks go. The food and drinks look avg such as nacho and water. For a weekend trip, it's okay to try. The hour of operation changes daily so check the website before making a trip. You can bring your own skates. The rental skates hurt my feet and are very broken in. They had a DJ playing various songs from oldies to current tunes. The area to skate is of average size with a small section off to the side for those who don't skate. The bathrooms are more for children and to wash hands the sinks are on the outside of the restrooms around the corner, with no drying option. My son attended a birthday party there and has been asking to go back. It was something to experience. There is another skatepark across town I may try instead.

They charge $15 per skater (yes, even if you bring your own skates). Skates are very broke in. They have everyone must come off the floor for birthday party skate except for the party attendees for 1-2 songs. Then they have a "glow skate" where if you don't have a glow stick or glow items you can't skate where they play 3-5 songs for just them. But they do sell them at the counter for $5 per glow item. At this point we have been here for 30 mins and my kids have been able to skate less than 5 of the 30 mins. $3 for a water bottle and nearly all the other drinks (no refills) & food is $4-6. To top it off it's cash only for all snacks/drinks. Restrooms are decorated for younger children. Only two stalls in the restrooms and there are no sinks physically located in the restrooms. But they do have some located outside and around the corner from the restroom with no place to dry them. Not military friendly.

Manager Dixie who belittles her employees and calls them names in public.

Brought my child and four friends to skate today. Even though I am purchasing food and drinks we are not allowed to bring in a birthday cake since we didn't purchase a party package though we spent $60 to get in and more on food and drinks. But I guess rules are rules? The real cake of today's visit is when the manager Dixie came over the young employee working the D.J. booth and proceeded to yell and scream at him for stopping the skate due to a disabled patron needing to get to the center of the rink safely from what I and others saw and witnessed. No matter the reason there is no reason to yell at or call an employee names AT ALL whether in public or private! How this woman is a MANAGER IS BEYOND me! When I asked for the highest managers or owners name and info to submit a complaint she said she is this highest and I asked if she owned the company she stated no but it's family owned so what's the problem in which I brought up how she was treating her employees in public and even in private that's not ok. Which she just smirked and said yes I raised my voice and I go no you were yelling and belittling him and called him names. She then proceeds to say well my family owns the place you can't get me fired...I'm not trying to get you fired I'm trying to get you to understand how you treat people is not ok and it needs to be addressed. She continued to smirk as if nothing was wrong :-/ Won't be coming back here to support a FAMILY owned business that demeans their employees!!!

QT cups and outside drinks were allowed but we demanded by manager to leave ours outside. Disgusting, rude & unprofessional!

The place is packed most of the time but it's a lot of people having a blast. We love it and I'll be back when the pace is slower.

He was engaging, helpful, and kept the energy up throughout the night. The food was good, the skating was fun, and the boys had a blast. However, there are serious management issues at this rink that potential customers need to know about. First, we were double charged. I paid a $200 deposit online, then paid the remaining balance of $422.18 at the rink on the night of the party, May 30th. An hour later, I received an email charging me another $395.38. The rink told me they switched credit card vendors but their system is still processing charges through the old vendor -- meaning your card information is being charged twice. When I went back on May 31st to complain about being double charged, I was told to dispute it with my bank -- meaning I'm out the money for ten business days while my bank sorts it out, because the skating rink isn't issuing a simple refund. It was only during that conversation that I was asked if I had received my skate passes -- which I had not. This is unacceptable, especially for families who might not have that cushion. Do not book with a credit card online until you confirm this is fixed. Second, the party package advertised glow bracelets and necklaces for every child. We didn't receive them, and as compensation we were offered free extra pitchers of soda instead. Fortunately we brought our own glow accessories for the kids, but other families might not come prepared. That's not acceptable when you're spending over $600. Third, the party package lists skate mates at $10.00 -- but what they don't tell you is that's $10 per hour. For a 3-hour party, that's $30 per skate mate per person. If you have kids or family members who can't skate and need one, this adds up fast and is not clearly disclosed. The listing is misleading. Finally, our party host Aidan was working alone on a Saturday night as the party host, DJ, game coordinator, and server. He managed so much on his own that night -- the fact that anything slipped through the cracks is entirely a management failure, not his. Aidan deserves a raise. If you book here, go in with eyes open about the billing issues and missing items. Aidan will take care of you -- management won't.

It made it a very practical choice for a group where everyone wanted to do something different. We went for a birthday party and had a great time. The arcade is medium sized but still has enough variety to keep the kids entertained. The skating rink is spacious, so you're not constantly bumping into people. We also tried the pizza and it hit the spot while we were there. Overall, it's an easy, family friendly place to go when you want something that works for both adults and children and keeps everyone busy. Definitely a solid option for a fun outing.

Add a little kid I love skating and watching adult skate in the streets and I wanted to do that but I always have protective parents so we were only allowed to ride on the street never in the street. A few years ago, I had a surgery on my knee due to a torn meniscus, and I have been desiring to go skating, but life has taken a course where I never made time however, this valentines, and anniversary weekend we decided to go skating. I had such a blast and I realize I really enjoy skating. Although there was a little discomfort in my leg from all the work of going around till midnight on adult night, which is Tuesday and Saturday nights from 9 to 12 PM and it was about $33 for two people with skate rentals. I brought my own skates however the skates that they have are quite nice for rent. I had o much fun watching everyone just smile and enjoy themselves. The staff was quite friendly, the DJ got better as the night got later, and we didn't get a chance to explore the whole new side. We are definitely looking forward to going back again with some other adult friends and experience the whole facility.
