    The Verse augmented reality joint

We went for "Deck the Holograms," and while that is the extent of our experience, however, it is fair to say that everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Deck the Holograms is an augmented reality experience in which you must "help" Santa save Christmas. It's a cute idea, and it was fun, even fun for a pair of older adults. Definitely well-done and worth the drive from the Riverwalk.

This review is for the Augmented reality experience Trick R Treat. We went with a group of friends and had so much fun! This one was a game loyal to the Trick R Treat movie. This experience isn't the complete immersion of virtual reality. You can still see other people around you but I found myself still getting so involved with the visuals that I would run into others sometimes so watch your step. When I was done, I felt like I got a bit of a workout given the experience requires that you constantly move. The space has other games, jumping areas and obstacle courses. They had a kitchen and even some beers on tap for the adults going with their kiddo. Bathrooms are around the corners of the kitchen. I saw party rooms and can see how this would be a great place for a party. They have several other verse experiences but I definitely recommend trying the Trick R Treat experience to enjoy the Halloween season. I want a second match against Sam, I have some candy for that spooky boy.

This is a great place for your kids to get their wiggles out. Prices are great. Price for 7 and up is $14.99 for an hour and $19.99 and hour and half. The membership is a great deal. You can go daily for two hours in a month. The commitment is 3 months for the membership and it can be worth it! There is a kid area, dodgeball, obstacle course, climbing station, etc. They serve beer on tap and a variety of food from Icees, pizza, etc.

I've booked 2 birthday parties here. 1 pre-Covid and the other post-Covid. For my pre-Covid experience, I set up my reservation for a room in person. It was quite pricey, but I got a discount so it wasn't so bad. The birthday kid got a free shirt, sticker and coupon for a free future visit. We had a hostess and everything was good enough that I wanted to return. My post Covid experience was not as pleasant. I tried using the website to get pricing info. That was a fail. I sent an message through the site, but I didn't want to wait for a response so after a few phone calls, I was able to speak to someone and was told to callback later to book my party. I was insistent that I didn't want to miss the opportunity for the time I wanted and asked to go ahead and book my party. I paid half upfront for a table party for 10 kids and still got my discount. Like previous experience, it included a host, only 15 minutes for set up, unlimited drinks during the party, and pizzas. No t-shirt, only coupon for free 1 hour play. We also had 2 hours of play time. After this experience, if you choose to book a party, pay the extra money for a room. Booking a table party definitely made me feel like I was less than for the following reasons: 1) while I was cleaning up my table some random woman took a couple of cups. Then she came back for more and took some fruit punch. Then she came a third time and took more cups and took soda. So I took the pitchers and cups when we walked away to a non-party table because I still had stragglers and because I dropped over $300 for my 2 hour party. Within 10 minutes, my host came over and took all of it away and said we couldn't finish the drinks from the pitchers. I'm like ok, but I paid for it. 2) The other reason I recommended a room is it was way too noisy and harder to control the kids. Another thing I didn't appreciate is being told I couldn't have my covered drink near the jump pads when the guy next to me had one as well. So I sat my cup next to his so I could take pics of the kids. This place is definitely all about making money. As soon as the 2 hours were up. Some of the kids were told to leave the mats. I have had or attended parties at Maui Maui Kids Playland, Chuck E. Cheese, Santikos, and Main Event; and none of those locations ran everyone off as quickly as Airtopia did. I'm done with Airtopia. I'll drop $400 or more at Main Event again in a heartbeat over Airtopia any day. Note: This business offers military discount.

Didn't appreciate the employees constantly patrolling the area like a concentration camp & pestering me while I'm with my child.

Ask the Community - Airtopia Adventure Park

    Would young teenagers enjoy this?

Probably not. Not to mention that there are so many "little ones" running around, somebody could get hurt.

I there a place that is ok for babies to play?

Yes, there is a small glassed incased area just for babies and another one for toddlers right in front of it for parents with more then one baby or toddler completely safe, but no child must be left unattended. Parents must be present to supervise… Read more

Do they do a military discount?

I believe they do, but not 🤔 sure

I asked for assistance in the climbing corner, and they came over shortly to harness Noemi up and tie her into the auto-belays. Super kind. We had a birthday party for Noah and our host Stella was prepared and all set to take care of us. The kids didn't need for anything whether it be pizza, cake, or icee refills. The kids enjoyed their time bouncing off the walls, literally. They really just loves getting together in the summer, and this place provides the space and trampolines to do just that. We had a great time. If anything, I might add to close some areas until sufficient staff can cover all areas. If you have had parties there before, discounts are available for repeat offenders. We would definitely come back to this location in the morning. Tip: Be patient with the morning staff as some of the folks in the morning are the newest team members.

The downside to this place is that the employees are all teenagers. Not that they are rude or disrespectful, but they're teenagers....you walk up to the counter and they just look at you (both at the front and at the snack bar). Overall the kids enjoy running around so it's nice for a break and to get their energy out.

There was one young lady working the front desk alone and maybe 5-7 guests in front of me. We waited almost 25 minutes to be helped. There was a fast pass lane for guests who purchased tickets on their phone or have memberships, but there was no one to help them and no kiosk to DIY. The young lady helped the guests as they entered the establishment, not based on what line they stood in. The entire place was filthy. You can see visibly soiled pads all over. The trampoline pads were discoloured from being so dirty. I did not notice broken trampolines, so that was a positive. We went to the ball pit. Many of the balls were broken, deflated, and outright filthy. You can tell this area has not been cleaned in years. The white balls appeared dark gray and even black. I will say the actual equipment the kids played on was intact, so that was the one good thing. The jungle gym for 7 and under was even more disgusting. The floors are visibly soiled and had literal debris on them. You can tell this is not from a single day of crazy kids, but rather an accumulation of lack of maintenance over a long period. The floor tiles were moved, missing or torn. And incredibly filthy... So if a child were to fall, he or she would surely be injured on the concrete floor. An obstacle on the course was missing, but the hole in the floor was still present with the metal pole area exposed. The entire gym had discoloured pads from not being cleaned, ever. Some items had torn pads or graffitis pads (what kids ages 7 below write graffiti?) there was trash scattered inside. You can tell there is zero sanitation. The perimeter of the jungle gym area, where staff stores supplies/equipment was filthy and not maintenance. Floors were visibly soiled with dust balls and debris everywhere. Some items were just thrown in places with no order. The foam cube pit with the knock down things looks like it's too, needs TLC. The bean was duct taped in the middle (not sure if this was to help fix a flaw or to show the middle of the beam), and the foam cubes are very torn and obviously have not been changed in years. The metal gate at the jungle gym, to access the gravity area, was opened and not guarded. There was a single staff member present at the top at all times, but this still seemed unsafe. I saw at least 15 employees, who all looked to be teenagers or early twenties. One gentleman who seemed to be in his twenties. I assume he was the manager. Some of the teen employees were often grouped together messing around. I did like that they all wore matching shirts to identify themselves, but the bottoms were all different colours and styles. I feel they should make this lore uniform and say "black bottoms, any style" instead of "whatever bottoms you want". I noticed some of their shoe choices were black slides. Not sure if they have a closed toe or no shoe policy, seeing as how all guests need to have only socks on. There were no staff members monitoring the attractions. The only one I noticed was the gravity line because they had to harness the kids and the Rock wall. Thankfully I did not see the kitchen area because I feel I would have been equally disappointed and even more disgusted since its food and drink were dealing with. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FACILITY. We paid almost $70 to visit this day, it was a waste and I will not be returning until the place is sanitised and maintained clean.
