Brought my 3 year old grandson to do the air tot area. First of all the last time we came it was a huge area with all kinds of things for them to do.this time it was a very small section with a tiny ball pit with some air ball sections and one slide. 4 out of the five air ball activities did not work. Waited 30 minutes for someone to come fix . No one came but after 30 minutes asked again was told they are waiting on parts from China to fix it. We booked our kids birthday party here. Checkin was a bit slow, but once that was all settled, we waited a min before being taken to our table. Our host went over the schedule and drinks, then left. We didnt see him unless he was dropping off drinks, pizza or the bill. We saw that several of our guests were waiting in line for about 20 minutes before they were able to join us, this is time we paid for that they lost due to the very slow checkin process. At the end, we even ended up cleaning up our own table. When checking out with the bill, we decided not to leave a tip and there was no service, so the front desk girl asked us why we were not leaving any tip, in which I told her the reasons I listed. This review is for the Augmented reality experience Trick R Treat. We went with a group of friends and had so much fun! This one was a game loyal to the Trick R Treat movie. This experience isn't the complete immersion of virtual reality. You can still see other people around you but I found myself still getting so involved with the visuals that I would run into others sometimes so watch your step. When I was done, I felt like I got a bit of a workout given the experience requires that you constantly move. The space has other games, jumping areas and obstacle courses. They had a kitchen and even some beers on tap for the adults going with their kiddo. Bathrooms are around the corners of the kitchen. I saw party rooms and can see how this would be a great place for a party. They have several other verse experiences but I definitely recommend trying the Trick R Treat experience to enjoy the Halloween season. VERSE IMMERSIVE was a joke. I am an older adult and took a friend. There were other older adults (30 to 70) leaving and others after us. The head gear they put on had technical issues and when the employee had to remove to fix for several minutes, he did not stop the timer. CAUTION: it advertises motion sickness is not a problem. So wrong. The technology is broken and not at all what is advertised. You are placed in a stuffy dark room and the interactive experience rarely worked. My friend felt the same. Also, false advertising that the 'experience' is 45-60 minutes. Nope. 17 minutes per experience. They count from the time appointment time then you have to wait until others finish which was about 5 minutes. So disappointed. As far as the motion sickness, they tell you to walk around slow, if I walked any slower, I would be standing still, and my stomach was not feeling well. Another adult stated he was not happy. The bathrooms were disgusting and I have to wonder how they clean those headsets. One positive, employees were very, very nice. read more

We've been coming here on and off since they opened. It's clean enough and fun enough, and they make it relatively easy to have your kid bring a friend and get waivers signed for everyone. But there's nothing above and beyond about Airtopia. I'd describe it as not a particularly welcoming place for a few reasons. First of all, there's a tiny sign at the entrance about signing waivers, and a QR code. There's no process flow or helpful signage ... so if you get to the desk and haven't signed a waiver, you're kicked out of line to sign in and you have to wait in line again. Again, just not welcoming or helpful. If you come wearing your Airtopia branded socks they come around to check you, like, just looking for a reason to tell you no. The prices for hourly jumping aren't posted on the overhead signage. You have to get to the desk to see them, on a flier. The overhead signage only shows membership pricing and party pricing. The membership is nearly the same as an hour of jumping, and in fairness, Airtopia has gotten better at making it clear that the minimum membership is 3 months. It is difficult to cancel, though in fairness that has somewhat improved as well. The music inside is also loud-- which is problematic at the desk. When you are asking questions or they are giving you instructions you can't hear at all. Again, this is where clear signage or pricing would be helpful and inclusive. Lastly, they have a no personal water bottle policy, which is absolutely insane. There's already a lack of third spaces for kids (particularly teens). Airtopia operates a safe, enjoyable, physical activity for kids and teens and ... then only offers hydration for purchase? They have one small water fountain tucked far from the jumping deck. That's it. They have concessions but the prices aren't posted. A single ICEE is $7. That's not a typo-- SEVEN DOLLARS for air-filled soda. It would be much more reasonable to restrict water bottles to no-spill or no straw style than to ban them altogether. Or they could allow empty bottles and provide more filling stations. But forcing kids to pay for disposable water bottles on top of an expensive ticket just isn't customer service. It's money grabbing. read more

Visited for the first time with a 18 mo old, 3 yo, and 3 kids ages 7-9. Everyone had a great time; as the parent of the younger kids I really appreciated the affordable pricing for the toddler time. I had fun bouncing with the kids and playing in the various play areas. I didn't see the previous toddler area and I wished that I was allowed to play inside the Airtots with my infant. I noticed there was lots of staff everywhere and were monitoring the play/ enforcing the rules. It felt safe inside and I also appreciated the vigilant staff. The place also felt clean; sometimes jump places smell like stinky feet. I live about 30 min away but will likely be coming back for the toddler time. read more

We have been members for a couple years now. Location and membership pricing is just right. My almost 4 year old loves to climb and jump, so it is the perfect activity to get his energy out. The new AirTots area has opened up. I miss the openness and designated trampolines for tots, also the soft fort space that would have worked for my almost 2 year old. I considered canceling my membership for those reasons, but am finding that my oldest is spending the entire 2 hour period playing in the new ball pit, going down the slide, and jumping in the common area. He used to spend a max of 45 minutes. It is still the school year, so weekdays are not busy. One of the plus sides of the trampolines being in the common area are the different types of jumping activities. This afternoon a group of toddlers were all playing in the same space. One of the workers noticed the potential danger of them jumping onto each other. I watched as he engaged with each child and playfully and thoughtfully taught them how to take their turn, exit the activity safely, and walk back to the start. What started as a bit of a mess, turned into these toddlers learning how to have fun, but remain safe. I'm sure this will carry over to when they are jumping with the older kids. I was not the only parent to see what was happening. Everyone was impressed with his engagement. I complimented management on this interaction. It was the same manager that I spoke to initially about canceling. His receptiveness and the employee's actions today will keep us members. This was a birthday party for our granddaughter. When we got there the place is really loud, with music and kids screaming inside. There is plenty of parking, and you can't miss this place. Huge sign out front. We walked in and got checked in for the party. We got a chance to walk around and survey the place. Plenty of things to do for the kids. Trampolines and swings, and climbing walls. Looked like they were adding more attractions to the place. There is a snack bar and party areas at the rear of the building. Snack bar has food and drinks and the essential to keep kids all sugared up, lol. I like that they have beer and wine here. A self serve tap area for beer and wine. 6 beer tapes and 2 wine tapes. You get a card that you slid into the drink you want and you pour it yourself. Snack bar area and the party area are kept very clean. Plenty of staff to keep the areas clean, and they are always watching, making sure you stick to the rules. The party was at 5:30, and closing at 6 pm for an employee meeting, this was good and bad at the same time. They shut down the snack bar, beer bar, at 6pm. So. No more snacks. They did keep the soda fountains open. No more beer. They did have the pizzas ready for us. The host was super helpful and very good with the cake and the serving. The best part was that at the end of the party, it was just our group that were able to run around all by them selves. They turned down the music, but the kids were still screaming. lol. read more

I've booked 2 birthday parties here. 1 pre-Covid and the other post-Covid. For my pre-Covid experience, I set up my reservation for a room in person. It was quite pricey, but I got a discount so it wasn't so bad. The birthday kid got a free shirt, sticker and coupon for a free future visit. We had a hostess and everything was good enough that I wanted to return. My post Covid experience was not as pleasant. I tried using the website to get pricing info. That was a fail. I sent an message through the site, but I didn't want to wait for a response so after a few phone calls, I was able to speak to someone and was told to callback later to book my party. I was insistent that I didn't want to miss the opportunity for the time I wanted and asked to go ahead and book my party. I paid half upfront for a table party for 10 kids and still got my discount. Like previous experience, it included a host, only 15 minutes for set up, unlimited drinks during the party, and pizzas. No t-shirt, only coupon for free 1 hour play. We also had 2 hours of play time. After this experience, if you choose to book a party, pay the extra money for a room. Booking a table party definitely made me feel like I was less than for the following reasons: 1) while I was cleaning up my table some random woman took a couple of cups. Then she came back for more and took some fruit punch. Then she came a third time and took more cups and took soda. So I took the pitchers and cups when we walked away to a non-party table because I still had stragglers and because I dropped over $300 for my 2 hour party. Within 10 minutes, my host came over and took all of it away and said we couldn't finish the drinks from the pitchers. I'm like ok, but I paid for it. 2) The other reason I recommended a room is it was way too noisy and harder to control the kids. Another thing I didn't appreciate is being told I couldn't have my covered drink near the jump pads when the guy next to me had one as well. So I sat my cup next to his so I could take pics of the kids. This place is definitely all about making money. As soon as the 2 hours were up. Some of the kids were told to leave the mats. I have had or attended parties at Maui Maui Kids Playland, Chuck E. Cheese, Santikos, and Main Event; and none of those locations ran everyone off as quickly as Airtopia did. I'm done with Airtopia. We have always had a good experience at this place. The experience my son had was preventable yesterday. My 7 year old was playing dodge ball and was hit in the face by a headshot move. This was acted out by what appeared to be a teenager. The supposed dodgeball monitor was not monitoring appropriately. They didn't address the situation. I spoke to the manager on this situation. Anyone who does a headshot should be immediately expelled from the facility. The person who received the inexcusable action headshot should be refunded their money. My only issue is the associate automatically selected the 20 percent tipping option when I made a purchase. Thankfully I reviewed the keypad before finalizing the purchase. They now have a very small 3 story playground pushed in the back corner. The top safety net hits the AC vents. There is no room for parents to sit or watch the kids.
