Went in an hour and a half before close to look for men's boots. I was just at another DSW that was…read morevery helpful. There were 3 employees and 10 people in the store other than myself. I wasn't spoken to once while the employees were doing random tasks. I walked around looking at different items then I tried on boots in front of two employees who didn't look at me once, greet me, ask if I was finding everything ok, or ask if I needed assistance. I ended up leaving with nothing as the size I needed wasn't in store. The store was in great shape so I gave it two stars but there was no customer service at all. I would have ordered the correct size boot had I been spoken to but I will go back to the other DSW store with the engaging employees so they can get credit towards their individual goals.

Holding my one year old and searching I went to look down the aisle only to come back and notice the shoes were put away. I then find the pairs of shoes again and am searching. The worker then puts them back again. I asked the lady that worked there with the black hair where they went, and with blunt rudeness says she needs them away. I told her I was putting them back but also need to decide which ones I should purchase. She rushed me, gave me attitude, and insinuated that she did not like how I had the boxes and where they were located even though I had them in a different spot from the time before. It was as if she was irritated, and if I did it again, she would purposely continue to put away my options I had out. Having a one year old on my hip and searching for shoes is hard enough. She made the task of shoe shopping extremely difficult. She was dismissive with a lot of attitude and not supportive at all. I wish I did not purchase shoes from Shoe Carnival. I should have left and went somewhere else.
