Shelves had scant amount of merchandise-is this place on the way out?! Some merchandise broken and/or very outdated. Prices high compared to Goodwill or Habitat or other local competitors. I have frequented this place numerous times and have had the blessing of seeing it grow, rearrange and expand. Once I was in there and a worker there was so kind and helpful and even gave me a deal on the two chairs that I purchased. The most recent visit was just the opposite. No one to help or greet. I asked a question and was treated not only like I was stupid but said, "Here's the stairs right here", like I'm some sort of imbecile. I proceeded to want to check out and two workers were too busy complaining and I stood there and waited until they were done. Then when I gave my card she starts to tell me that my card wasn't accepted but then realized she put it in upside down. No apology just again an attitude. I spent over $50 and I didn't know that as a customer I'm such a burden. Take my advice hire friendly people who work only the floor to help customers if you're too busy to help and answer questions. I will still go but there are other shops in the area that I may consider visiting before I'll go back again.

Went here specifically searching for items to donate to families my family and I support. New, it was close to $200.00. Walked out with lots of nice summer outfits for the needy, plus the Burberry t-shirt, a few Under Armour workout shirts and Nike dry fit shorts that would have cost 20 or so times more at Dick's. For $60, we walked out with four overstuffed bags of goodies! Shop is very well organized and clean. Racks are by size and item type. Shopping at any SVDP is a win win situation. The proceeds go to the needy and if you're buying for others in need, the prices you pay verses the quality is amazing.
