After she found the pair she wanted, she asked me to go form line. I was waiting in line for a good 10 minutes (the only obvious customer waiting, and the other cashier didn't even say anything to the other cashier that came over) as there was only one cashier who was assisting a customer. Then, another random lady popped up out of nowhere and decided to wait at the counter next to the cashier. Suddenly, another associate came and started to check her out instead of telling her that I was there waiting prior. Do Better So yes, if you have the time to kill, come here as they move slow and even ignore the customers who are in line and assist folks who cut line.

I then spoke with the manager and she said it was their policy. I then inquired, 'you're ok with losing a sale and a customer over an email', she smiled and said 'you're free to shop somewhere else.
