We've always had a fantastic experience here and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Yes, they often do not have a ton roaming around to help (not that they don't want to, but I just feel like they're often understaffed) but if you go up to the checkout counter to ask a question or request assistance, they will help you out immediately and with a smile. The store is also a large location and inventory is great. This location is a bit out of the way for us and further than other Big 5 locations, but we always know that they are going to have anything we need. The store is also well laid out so you can easily find what you need quickly. It's never messy when we go, despite what other people say on here, and it's just an all around good shopping experience. Honestly, if they were able to staff up a bit to have a few more employees roaming the floor outside of the shoe department, I would give this location 5 stars. Maybe I've been lucky on the dozen or so times I've been here, but I see no reason to complain about this location at all.

She said they could have it done by Tuesday, the next day. Lexi took pictures of the shirt I was wearing since the logo and name were in the correct place, and I wanted them duplicated on the new shirt. (great move). The store itself is just a print/embroidery shop, so don't expect to buy things, but it's a great working space. Street parking is metered, so park in the back and walk around. My order was ready on time as promised. My experience was enjoyable, and both ladies provided excellent customer service. From the second we walked in, I was really surprised as how much they had inventory wise. They definitely had a little something for everyone. From jerseys to artwork to cards of all interests. They have a great selection of stringing supplies (cotton waxed, linen, silk, nylon and Fireline) and chain (sterling and metal-based). They have a lot of choices for ear wires in sterling silver as well as sterling jump rings and head pins. And a lot of base-metal findings. The staff (Caroline is amazing!!!) and the owner (Marguerite) always make the visit worth it!
