Everything went smoothly and in a timely manner, from check-in to payment. Dr. Patel was my optometrist and she was nice. She was very thorough and answered all my questions. Only negative, which would not affect their rating, is that I wish there were a few more glasses brands to choose from, but that's just me being vain. They have one wall of glasses split between women's and men's styles and another small wall for children's size. I had no trouble finding a pair. They do have a good selection of frame shapes and material, so customers will have no problem finding something. The prices are on par with other eyeglass shops. They will work with you to maximize your annual insurance benefits- frames, lenses type, contacts, etc. Another negative, which is no fault of East Windsor eyecare is that insurances will take your glasses order and make the glasses at their own lab. I noticed that my pair of glasses had scratches on one of the lenses when I picked it up. The hours are good and staff are friendly. This store definitely delivers quality eyecare.
