Stewart was extremely responsive and came out within a couple of days to set up the traps. He made sure the traps were in a shaded area so that any captured squirrels weren't roasting in the sun, and came out daily to check/reset the traps and to escort the squirrels to a new area. Both times, he also examined our home for potential entry points and gave us the option to have him seal them or have another contractor seal them for us. Of course, we opted to have him do it, but I liked that he wasn't pushy and gave us enough information to make an informed choice. The representative was very courteous and responsive to my messages and phone calls. They did offer a deterrent (scare balloons) but this was only for short term. (Installed in Spring with removal after end of season.) I was hoping for additional work that would include sealing off access but this was not offered. Because the infestation seemed to be spreading to other rooms, I finally gave up on Orkin and called Rocky Mountain Pest control.
