Horrible experience with the salesman. Went to look at a…read moreboat and the salesman knew nothing about it. And told me he could get me a brochure to look at if I wanted. I had already researched the boat and decided on it. I told him I wanted to buy it and he seemed to careless. And when I told him I wanted to trade my BassCat in 98 Jaguars with a 2010 pro xs 250 he told me it was told old and they wouldn't take it in on trade. The salesman acted like my 50k wasn't worth his time. I have never been treated like that when you want to spend that much money.

BEWARE OF Bella Vista Marine, Inc. ! I do not normally post…read morereviews, but in this instance, I feel that everyone should be aware of the shady business practices of Bella Vista Marine in Rogers, Arkansas. This shop not only tried to scam me as a customer, but even after acknowledging their culpability in our interactions, refused to make things right in any fashion. I purchased my boat from them a few years ago and had to take it in to have the engine worked on this spring. While in their possession the entire trolling motor and motor mount was stolen and had been ripped off the boat causing significant damage. This is when the issues, lies, poor service, and attempt to scam me started. Initially they were very apologetic, admitting they had "run off" a few people from their back lot over the previous weeks, and stated they would "make it right", even asking the type of trolling motor and motor mount so they could replace with like materials. They asked us to file a police report so they could turn it in to their insurance. Everything seemed to be fine. Nine weeks of going back and forth with Bella Vista Marine about the damage later, they have gone back on their word and completely refused to fix the issue. All that has been done was them hammering the bent metal down and absolutely nothing had been done to permanently fix the problem. Every step along the way they would say one thing, but then the next time I went in it would be denied. From my interactions with them it seems that they are a dealer that is not to be trusted and one that will take full advantage of people when they know there is not enough money on the line to take them to court over. After pricing out all the parts needed for repair everything happened because they did not want to spend $205 on a replacement mount and $400 on a replacement trolling motor.

My husband is disabled and we needed to upgrade our bass boat to a pontoon so he could use his walker and wheelchair on the boat. We bought the boat in October of 2023. I called often with questions about electronics many times and Justin always answered and was very helpful. Finally in March of 2024 we decided what we wanted on the boat and they installed everything. Justin would call and offer recommendations based on what he knew about us and our overall plan. The 2 guys who work in the garage have been amazing to us. They showed us each step of the installation and asked questions to make sure we were happy. They installed 2 garmin fish finders, Livescope, a separate pole for the Livescope, a minn kota trolling motor, a humminbird fish finder, and a bunch of extra batteries. We are highly impressed and definitely recommend them. When I had a mishap with the trolling motor they quickly serviced it and offered advice on how to prevent the problem. It was completely my mistake. Overall 10/10. Highly recommend

We purchased a new 2020 Sun Tracker Tritoon from Bradford on 9/5/20. The buying experience was less…read morethan spectacular. Our sales person was absentee to say the least. We had to do all the work to close the sale. They said our boat cover was on order, but didn't mind charging us $1050.00 for something that we did not receive upon purchase. Fast foward a month the boat was recalled for defective rivits in the pontoon. This was not their fault but when we took the boat the Bass Pro in Broken Arrow, OK they said there were so many issues with the boat (other than the recall) it should have never left Bradford Marine in Rogers, AR. Defective jack on the trailer, speedometer meter not working because it was never connected and it was defective, wrong size battery in the boat (ours is a 150HP and the battery was for a 90HP). They kept the boat for a week and fixed the issues. We corresponded with Bradford in Rogers and their response was lame at best and said they were happy Bass Pro Broken Arrow had taken care of us. Fast forward to month two of ownership the jack finally collasped. Once again, we contacted Bradford and sent them pictures and their response was: We thought Bass Pro Broken Arrow took care of that. They also said we probably had the jack elevated too high. Seriously, it was defective. Again, they took no ownership in the situation. They did say they would follow up with Bass Pro Broken Arrow. It has been 3 weeks and still no word on the jack. On 11/5/20 we finally received our boat cover, so we thought. It was a cover for a V bow boat and we have a Tritoon!! The saga continues. We will never do business with this company in the future. They are arrogant, condescending and their customer service is a 0 on a scale of 1-10.

I was helped by Kathy who got the right part ordered. I spoke with the owner,Jody, and told him I could bring the boat in when the part arrived and they had time in their schedule to do it. Communication was good. The part came in. I arranged to get the boat in a few days later. It was done in 3 days time and at a reasonable price. I don't think you could ask for it to go more smoothly! Thanks to Jody and his crew. Shout out to Kathy's husband Dave too for being helpful. I really appreciate the way things went according to plan and on time. Great job everyone!
