I was helped by Kathy who got the right part ordered. I spoke with the owner,Jody, and told him I could bring the boat in when the part arrived and they had time in their schedule to do it. Communication was good. The part came in. I arranged to get the boat in a few days later. It was done in 3 days time and at a reasonable price. I don't think you could ask for it to go more smoothly! Bought a Yamaha…read moreViking in 2021 from Adventure Motorsport now Sunrise.The clutch was slipping on the Yamaha Viking so I took it in for investigation of the problem thinking it was under warranty from Yamaha. I was told that oil had gotten from the transmittion into the Clutch assembly where the Belt drive resides. And that the oil used which was Yamalube oil caused the issue and that Yamaha would not honor the warranty. Not sure if this was the dealship or corporate Yamaha which doesn't matter to me. A vehicle within the first of purchase and not covered under warranty unsat, so I figured people need to understand who they are dealing with. As the repairs have not been made yet, I will return and post the results of that. If this is how they treat their customers I am crossing my fingers.

This is a fair warning to anybody reading the reviews here, to not send Jason Arnold a single penny of your money. Jason was recently evicted from his house rental in Holiday Island, Arkansas, for failing to pay $16,000+ worth of rent.
