I could see the skis before even opening the package. Of course I wanted to return it as I don't even know the condition/ how compromised the skis were. I immediately sent photos with delivery timestamps and regardless of how UPS shipped it- the way the company handled it was so rude. The Director of Operations called me the next morning and did not apologize once. He was so condescending and said he already discussed this with me via email. The packaging was so compromised that I couldn't even reuse it to ship the skis back safely- he asked me why I can't you just tape up the sides and ship it back. I kept trying to explain that I was nervous to returned expensive equipment in a completely damaged box- I wanted to ensure I got a refund and prevent further damage to their afraid these expensive skis he didn't care- so condescending and rude - No accountability. No ownership. No solution. Just deflection and attitude. If this is how they handle a straightforward shipping issue, imagine how they handle real problems. Ski equipment isn't cheap, and customers deserve better than being told to fix the company's mistake with a roll of tape. I'm shipping it back as is and if it's damaged further it's not my problem. I will not be ordering from them again, and I will not be recommending them to friends or fellow skiers. There are plenty of other retailers who value their customers & their equipment.

It worked out great - rent online, they give you a two our window, and show up AT YOUR DOOR for your fitting. They showed up promptly at 7am and had all five of us ready within minutes. The best part? They are full service, meaning not only do they drop off and pick up your rentals, but they will show up at the drop of a dime if anything arises. They'll meet you at the top of a mountain or basically wherever you need assistance. After day one of our rental, my gf's boot was stuck - and after three of us attempted to help - we called Ski Butlers and they showed up within minutes to fix her boot. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, prompt, and *ahem* very cute. Don't forget to tip!

Enter Ski Butlers. Reservations were a breeze on their website. Gave our condo complex, and asked them to call in the morning to get our condo number, as we were checking in late, and didn't know the number until we got there. No problem, they said. Two guys (of who I forget names, but tipped VERY well) called the next morning around 7:15 and asked if we were ready. We had arrived at midnight that night, and were still waking up, asked for a little more time. No problem, they said! They'd come back at 8 if that would work. We made some coffee, got dressed, and were ready when they knocked again. Big bag of boot options in hand, we were fitted to our equipment choices in the comfort of our condo while we sleepily sipped our coffee. Sure beats waiting in line at the resort shops. All said and done, we rented three sets of equipment, and it was painless. After boot fitting, ski choices were dialed in and left next to our condo door. Business cards were left with instructions to call from slope side if there were any equipment issues, and they would be resolved within 30 minutes. And get this - we didn't have to return our skis! The Ski Butler guys said to drop them in our condo unit's assigned ski locker, and they'd take care of it. AMAZING. Will use this service on every trip that we don't have our own equipment, without a doubt.
