The teaching staff is knowledgeable, caring, and skilled at fostering each child's development. Our kids grew tremendously in confidence, social skills, and academic readiness during their time here. The teachers took the time to understand each child's individual needs and learning style, which made a significant difference in their progress. The curriculum is well-structured and age-appropriate. Daily communication kept us informed about our kids' activities and development. We also loved the constant stream of photos we received through their app; it helped us put faces to the names of our children's friends and sparked conversations at dinnertime. The facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained with great outdoor play areas. As working parents, we appreciated the reliability and peace of mind that come with quality childcare. The staff treated our children with genuine care and helped create a positive foundation for their future learning. There ended up being about 12 of us total. We played several games and it honestly really fun. It wasn't just us though. We played in one huge group with other parties. I think it would've been more fun and better team building if it was just our small group playing or even a mix of the two options. The church game was first and it was super quick! I think it would be good if they have an air refill station in the back so that we wouldn't have to go all the way to the front to refill. The property itself is huge! I definitely recommend!

Several times two of the instructors talked with one another the entire time and paid no attention to the kids. Another time the teacher spent the entire time rearranging equipment while ignoring the children. A third time, the teacher told the kids there would be free time and then ignored the kids for the entire class. This is for a beginning class. I would also be wary of upper level classes if you want your child to be treated respectfully, since I have witnessed one teacher repeatedly, over many weeks, berate young children at a more advanced level. My daughter is young and is no gymnastics prodigy, but for example she had been here like 24 times and she still doesn't know which hand to use to start her cartwheels. She's left handed and even in front of her teachers she will use a different hand each time trying to figure it out. I put her in gymnastics to learn some basics at least. The instructors barely help them do their stretches correctly. Half the time each kid is doing something different. RIGHT NOW I'm watching kids all doing their stretches a different way and the instructor zoning out. 7 kids in her class, one instructor for 60 mins isn't enough to teach which hand to start with. I'll just use YouTube going forward. 18 year old high school student instructors are just not trained in dealing with young children. Not for this price anyways.

The place itself is inside a larger building and in a nice location, close enough to the highway but off the beaten path enough to not be crazy packed with traffic. Sign up was easy and convenient online. Come prepared in tighter fitting (but comfortable!) clothing that covers your underarms and legs (to prevent burning!) and minimal or no jewelry. You definitely don't want to risk getting it hung on the silks! Oh and definitely bring some water. You're guaranteed to be a little (or a lot!) sore the next day. Jamie was our instructor and she was phenomenal! She was so fun, patient, and encouraging. As a first timer, this was very intimidating but Jamie made us feel like pros! The class starts with foundational elements: stretches, a warm up, then basics on the silks apparatus such as foot wrapping and pulling yourself up. We gradually introduced more shapes and the foot knot. The class flew by and was so much fun! It's truly an addicting workout/art form and Jamie's skills were so impressive. I can't wait to go back! Definitely check this place out and have a unique experience with friends, your partner, or fly solo!

Gena listened to some of my frustrations around simple lyra movements and helped me work through them, supplying great cues for feeling more comfortable in the lyra. The studio felt safe with cushioned floors, thick mats, and rigging. Parking was easy as there's a lot right there.

I enjoyed my time off from the grind by spending time with DEAR friends and Dropping In at a quality CrossFit gym like CrossFit Simplicity. The drop in process was great (and I got a shirt). The owner, Daniel, was professional and helpful. I worked out with the community 4x. This included one 5:30pm, 2 5:30am and one partner WOD. It was a great way to stay on track. The gym is spacious, the equipment organized and clean. The coaches were excellent. There is a shower with towels as well towels for the million burpees we did that week!!!! You know that nervous feeling you get during the partner work out? Not a problem here! My partner was accommodating and supportive of the "Old Man". CrossFit Simplicity is well run gym and very inviting. When I come to visit my friends, knowing CrossFit Simplicity is a 17 min drive from Graham to Burlington, makes visiting a lot more convenient. Let me tell you, I've never tried crossfit before and I was a little bit intimidated by everything at first- like everybody looks so professional, lifts crazy amount of weights, does all different sort of workout, and here I am, little Asian girl who does not know what she's doing haha. Well, don't you worry! Daniel, Maryann and Felicia are the best. They take their time to teach you and make sure you are doing everything right. I am like a crossfit dummy, so everything is still so new to me, but they've been so patient with me and I love the fact that they encourage and motivate everybody like non stop! I've been going to 5:30am class everyday and I absolutely love it. I really love the vibe here- everybody is so friendly, they all work so hard and you know just by looking at them, you want to be like them! Ah, they are just my inspiration!!!
