Schedule your appointment online and then you'll get an email and text confirmation with all the info. She locks her doors between clients. So no interruptions. She's very nice and sweet, she listens to your brow needs. She even went a step further to ask how I normally put my make up on. I told her I'm not good at makeup at all and she taught me an easy two step way which included a brow tint from Kelly baker (?) that she sells in her shop. She put it on me first of course, so I could see if I liked the product. She also offers lip wax and other services. I forgot to check in ahead of time and didn't realize she was offering a $5 discount on Yelp. So don't forget to check in, she may be offering something. Both ladies have done equally an amazing job and each set I've gotten looks amazing and not too overbearing on my face, compared to past sets I've gotten. Also the retention for me is very high, I usually do not need to go back for a fill until 3 weeks. Their store is super clean as well, you can tell they put a high priority on hygiene. Also, since they use a recliner instead one of those typical uncomfortable lash tables, my back actually doesn't feel like it's about to collapse as soon as I get up, lol. Will be returning soon!

Shannara, has done micro blading on my eyebrows, permanent eyeliner, waxes and knows exactly what skin care products I need from cleanser to moisturizer, and everything in between. I go to Jen anytime I want to do something with my hair and she knows just what to do. I show her my reference pictures, and she's always able to create the look I'm after. She's bleached my hair, we've gone pink, purple, blonde and just did a wolf cut (which I was super nervous about) but it came out AMAZING! They've been very communicative when asking to reschedule and the salon is so beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, my love for Drew Barrymore got the best of me during those days and my eyebrows never recovered. I went on to spend the next two decades of my life drawing those suckers on. Every.....Single....Day. Sometimes twice if it rained hard enough! Enter microblading, and even more importantly, enter Karla! I spend a few solid months doing research about the procedure, prices, after care, the works. It took another few months to actually call her and get a consultation. I am a huge first impression person and I immediately knew that I was coming back to Karla to bring my brows back to life. She was kind, honest, and thorough. I was there for over an hour and left with all of my questions answered. I recently finished healing from my second touch up, and (I can't stress this enough because most people don't get it but) getting out of the shower WITH EYEBROWS has almost brought me to tears several times.
