She is specially certified and trained in the lash extension procedure, so you know it will be done correctly, and safely. My lashes looked amazing! They were long, sexy and no one knew they weren't mine. The best part is they lasted for weeks before I had to go in for touch-ups. The facial treatments lasted over an hour, and started with a complete inspection of my skin's condition. Catie made recommendations of they type of treatment she should perform, and educated me on my skincare routine. I appreciated the time she spent with me teaching me anti-aging methods I could perform now to prevent needing medical treatments later. The facial massage, which accompanied the treatments was relaxing and rejuvinating. The environment is clean and relaxing, accompanied by soothing ambient music. It's obvious that she has a lot of loyal regular clients for all of her services and I noticed that she even has several male clients that get facials. Although my skin is in fairly good condition, I do have some pores that have congestion. I was a bit reluctant to try but since I trust Nancy and she's gotten great reviews, I decided to get a facial. I have no idea why I assumed only women got them but I did. Since it was my first time I asked Nancy to let me know what she was doing as she went along. Every step of the process, Nancy explained what she was doing and why. She even told me about the products she was using. I really enjoyed that and appreciated the extra effort. Not only does she take good care of your skin she adds a shoulder, neck and arm massage to really complete the overall experience. I couldn't believe how smooth my skin felt right after my facial but also for days to follow. It was very refreshing, relaxing and my pores were clear. The facial was definitely beyond my expectations so I was extremely pleased. I will definitely continue to get facials in addition to getting my regular massage therapy sessions. I was optimistic that I'd find my go-to local facial spot after reading reviews, however I had an…read moreunpleasant experience with Nancy, for multiple reasons: 1) She was 15 mins late for our 10am appt 2) I happened to mention at the start of our appt that I had a massage scheduled for later. Nancy let me know she provides massage services as well. Despite expressing I'm happy with my massage therapist, she spent the entire appointment prying about him (location, experience, etc) in what seemed like an attempt to convince me she is better. Even when the subject changed, she repeatedly came back to it. 3) She prides herself on including a complimentary neck and upper back massage as a part of the facial (mentioned it to me on the phone and text). However, when I requested more pressure during the massage portion, she became defensive and said, "This is a facial, not a massage" and that I should schedule a massage if that's what I want. I did not feel like my muscles were massaged at all. If you're going to include a massage of your own accord, why be so defensive when the client makes a request regarding pressure? It was uncomfortable. 4) I got two dark spots on my face where Nancy did extractions. This has never happened before. I texted to ask about it and she insinuated it's because I'm Indian and Indian women tend to have hyperpigmentation in general... despite my saying I've never had this issue. Overall, I did not feel she was professional or knowledgeable and did not appreciate her attitude. Giving 2 stars because the products seem like high quality.

Walked up to the front door, which was locked, then the owner and the coworker approached me. I was seated politely, was asked to fill out some paperwork about my skin regimen. Dawn greeted me and said she would have Jessica take over as she was free at the moment. I was walked to the back after discussing my current concerns about my skin. Jessica then proceeded to explain what the process would entail. From what I took from it, it would consist of x2 facial washes to help take off any debri or makeup helping to form a canvas for the skincare which was about to proceed. She then showed me a table within a dim room, with some wonderful relaxing music in the background, and asked me to dress down from the top so she could work the products to my neck, chest, and shoulder area. After the cleanser, Jessica places a towel on my face, then did a hydra facial... that was lovely:) then she did some extractions, had a couple more products placed on like the vitamin c and oxygen treatment, lactic acid, and then placed me under an led light to help stimulate collagen growth. After this, I believe she just placed another warm towel (or was this before, sorry... it was relaxing so I didn't pay attention to every detail), and then she lightly patted into my skin some powder sunscreen and a moisturizer. Then I was done! As we walked back to the front desk, she educated me on their Eminence skincare line and even gave me a verbal preview of their new skincare line coming in two weeks. As a first time customer, it's nice to know that they take time in their clientele even to the point of giving us a short reminder as a follow-up for our next facial. Overall, this was a great and relaxing experience. It's slightly pricier than other local facial areas, but one thing is for sure, I felt like it was individualized care. I didn't feel like I was on an assembly line. Jessica was amazing. Loved her "soft hands" and how she took the time to answer my questions and converse on other health topics. We all are just trying to make this world a better place... aren't we?? Lol. Anyway, the next time I come in, I think I'll have the plasma facial. You have to be certified to do this, so she recommend I call Dawn for this to have the service done. I'll have to do a little more research on this. But hey, I suggest everyone does a little more research before shoving topicals in their face or trying out new procedures.
