Called to book for a couples massage. The lady was super nice and friendly in the beginning, not so much at the end. Possibly the worst massage I ever had. I would say I'm pretty experienced in getting massages and giving massages since I'm in the industry as well. I read the good reviews so I thought why not try it. Literally the whole massage was painful and I kept saying softer please. It was like bone to bone rubbing on the spine, shoulder blades, and neck pinching. Using all elbows not much of the hands. Not enough oil, felt like I was being Indian burned the whole time. Didn't massage my hands or feet. Just elbow rubbing the whole back and legs only. They used dirty stiff pillows for the head when you turn around. Then when they wipe you with ROUGH HOT towels then they ask you if it's okay after they burn you with it. The hot towels smelled like mildew and then he massaged my face with the smelly hands after. Disgusting. It was also hard to breathe in the tiny massage bed hole. After we were done they were waiting for us in the front asking if we wanted to tip cash or card cause she saw I had some cash left from before when you pre pay before the service is even done.. I believe tipping is optional and would love to tip if it was a great experience. Unfortunately it was not. The nice lady was no longer nice and tried to make us feel guilty saying they work hard on your 1 hour massage. She then asked my partner how about him if he would like to tip as well? She tried to argue with me about it, I politely explained that it was not a great experience and painful. I feel worse leaving than coming in. Not even sure these massage workers have their licenses for how poorly this massage was serviced. Won't be coming back. read more

I saw this place open up near Togos and thought I should give it a shot since my last place closed down (thanks covid). I stopped by and they were busy but the lady who came out to help me was super friendly and told me to come back in 30 minutes which I did. The front person was cool and let me check out the place a little and snap a couple of pictures which I've been slacking on lately for my reviews. I was introduced to Kiki who did a wonderful job in helping me forget all my problems. She offered solid deep tissue which I needed. Her English wasn't the best but who cares if those knots and muscle issues are getting sorted out. Place was super spacious, comfortable, has showers and is clean. People were great and pricing was what you'd expect from a nice spot. I'll be back for sure. read more

Butterfly Day Spa is a new business in the area that a family member told me about. I have been looking for a new massage therapist since my old favorite is no longer available. Calling for an appointment was very easy and I gave the owner a little background about my issues. She assured me that my therapist will get these notes and do the best she can to accommodate me. On the day of my massage, I was delighted to see how lovely and spacious the day spa is! It has a warm atmosphere that felt very safe, clean and professional. This may sound basic but it is becoming harder to find these days. The massage room was spacious and very comfortable. Before the owner left me to prepare for my massage, she went over every detail that I had shared with her on the phone. I was shocked because I fully expected to repeat everything I had told her. What a wonderful surprise. The massage itself targeted my problem areas as if she knew exactly what I needed. Firm but not too hard and she gave me enough of a break between these knotted areas so that I could catch my breath. I greatly appreciate this. As she did her work, she also offered me advice as to how I could improve on some of my shoulder mobility issues afterwards. She provided me with suggested stretches and exercises that should help my recovery. The name of my therapist was Kiki by the way. I highly recommend her although my friend who also went with me said her therapist was wonderful too. Unfortunately we didn't recall her name. Overall I think everyone should give this day spa a try before pricing goes up. I can't imagine getting this level of facility and service for as low priced as it is right now. I don't know how this massage and spa centre is not off the charts yet. The place is just amazing. Pros : 1. Very spacious and clean. The setup is like some of the really big spas around. 2. The full body massage for 90 mins is extra ordinary. It includes hot stone massage plus stretches as well. The masseuses are very learned and professional. I told about my problem areas and they worked those really well. 3. They have clean wash rooms and waiting area is also cool. The ambience is also pretty calm and soothing. 4. The owners and staffs are very welcoming. Moreover the communication problem I have faced in most of the spas and massage parlors around is not there at this place. Cons : There are not any to be honest. Will I recommend this place? 100% Yes! Try to call before and book an appointment and don't forget to give good tip to the staffs. Kind of glad I decided to go elsewhere instead after reading some of the reviews about this place... When you walk in their is a bell that goes off, so after triggering the alarm three times and waiting 20 minutes I bounced. Shame for them who missed out on a $150 gift certificate. read more

My wife and I were looking for a couple's massage and decided to give this place a try. We booked an appointment over the phone with no hassle and arrived on time. They offered us a beverage and we didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes after arriving (early). Everyone was professional, polite, and we could not feel any safer given the pandemic due to their careful consideration of the small details. We did the 60 minute full body massage and I couldn't wait to get home and book another appointment after the wonderful experience and surprising relief from my chronic back pain. Massage was mediocre. Worst massage I've ever had. The start of the massage was painful, therapist used way too much elbow and not enough thumbs. Barely used any oil and gave me the craziest Indian burn of my life. After the massage, the receptionist asked if we wanted to tip. But because the massage was trash, I said no. She began to tell me a sob story of how hard working the employees were. I couldn't give two fucks if my massage was trash. Hard work for nothing. I was searching for a unique date night idea for my wife and I and thought what better than a massage!! After some help from Google this new gem popped up close to home and based on the other reviews we decided to try it out. The front desk staff were fantastic and allowed us to look around and we described the types of massages we want and the owner(?) Suggested specific masseuses based on our requests. We did 90mins and the massages were fantastic! I needed deeper tissue and pressure was not an issue! Showers were available and the whole facility was clean and in great shape. I especially loved the addition and hot rocks into the massage. Made regulars out of us!! read more

That is fine that you do not want be back and I will be sure to tell my friends, associates, and clients not to bother going there. Pleased with the very good massage. This new spot offers an upgraded experience. I also felt safe, given the pandemic. Each person gets their own private room and there are 2 couple rooms as well. I went to this new spa and had a great massage and experience in general. The owner gave me a tour of the facilities first because I had arrived a bit early. The place is large with plenty of rooms including couples massage rooms. It has a nice waiting area and is decorated very tastefully. The massage itself was spectacular. I went in and slipped under the blanket provided. My massage therapist arrived two minutes later and we began. I can't remember her name but she was very pleasant and could hold a conversation as much as you wanted. I generally like silence during my massage and she accommodated well only asking if the pressure was OK, etc. She worked my back and got all the knots and tension out well. Then legs and finally she had me turn and did some face work and more legs. When I was finished I felt wonderful...almost fell asleep on the table. Hot tea on the way out which was a nice touch. I'm sure I could have had water too if I'd asked. The price is right and the service is excellent. Highly recommended. read more
