Ever since returning from my honeymoon trip to Thailand, Restful Spa in Saratoga has been my absolute go-to spot. On top of the stellar service, they have excellent pricing that provides incredible value. I just visited this afternoon (if the staff is reading this, I'm the bigger guy who specifically asked for a neck pillow for the face opening!). I decided to switch things up today and try the relaxation massage. It wasn't exactly what I had pictured going in, but I was completely blown away. I left feeling more deeply relaxed than I have after any other massage I've ever had. I've booked with several different massage therapists here over time, and every single one of them has been phenomenal. The spa itself is spotless. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but you don't even notice it once you're on the table. Speaking of the tables, as a larger guy, I fit on their beds perfectly, which is always a huge relief. They also nail the ambiance--the speakers are high quality, so the background music is crisp and clear rather than muffled. I would absolutely recommend Restful Spa to anyone! read more

This was my first time at this spa, and I am so glad I gave it a try! I booked a 60-minute full-body massage, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I struggle with sciatica, and the therapist was amazing at addressing my lower body pain. She used a combination of pulling, kneading, and stretching/folding techniques around my legs that provided so much relief. My muscles feel great, and the pain relief is significant. On top of the quality of the work, the pricing is incredibly reasonable. It's the most affordable rate I've found in the area, yet I feel like I got way more value out of this session than I have at more expensive places. Zero stars. Store/online advertises that they're open 7 days a week from 10AM-9PM. Made an apportionment online for 10:45AM; even received confirmation email/text. Showed up for my appointment at 10:35AM, and the business is completely dark, doors locked, no one answering phones. No call or notification from the business that they would not be able to take my appointment today. Terrible professionalism from a business. Will not be returning. read more

I first booked a massage here for my mom, and she loved it so much that I decided to book one for myself later that same week. I had been dealing with some shoulder pain and kept telling myself I needed to get a massage, but I kept putting it off. I'm so glad I finally made the time to go! The lady at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming when I arrived. The whole experience was relaxing and professional. My massage therapist really focused on the areas where I was feeling tension, and I left feeling so much better and completely relaxed. I called today (Saturday) asked if there was open availability for a 1 hour massage. She had me coming in one hour later, great! Came in, was greeted by the massage therapist and was asked to pay $70 up front, which is fine, and nothing too out of the ordinary for these kinds of places. First of all, the bed itself is so uncomfortable. They need to fix the head rest situation as I've never been so uncomfortable during a massage in my life. Tried to ignore it, therapist asked what pressure I wanted, I said medium. Personally I felt the medium could have been more firm, but I didn't exactly speak up either and ask for a firmer pressure. I did appreciate the free hot stones, but had no warnings to when she was applying it on my skin and it was HOT in those first few seconds she put it on my body. Other than that, she didn't really have any special techniques. It felt like an hour massage you would receive at a nail salon from a nail tech lady except the therapist used her elbows most of the time. The minute I came out she didn't allow me to pass to get to the front door area (passed the curtain) I thought it was weird that she literally demanded a tip and said "tip me!" Like, girl, calm down, I was going to tip you no matter what. Instead of saying "tip me!" Ask me "how do you feel? How was your massage?" Just wanted to give you my opinion as a customer for a new establishment who is not planning on returning. read more

Therapist was checking phone all the time and texting during the massage, it was not 1-2 times it was 20-30 times I had to ask multiple times At the end they required me to tip them $20 despite me leaving $15 and saying I do not wish to leave more it was not that good and you kept checking your phone. I went on line and booked 2 appts. One for me and one for my sister. I then called after a few hours to ensure they knew there would be 2 of us at 12:30, the lady said Yes I see that. So I confirmed We showed up on time and one The masseuse did not show up. They put me in a room and had me wait 20 mins and showed me a phone that translated English that the other one was on their way. I waited and after 20 minutes I got dressed and left the room. The lady at desk said oh sorry, sorry, we didn't have anyone. I asked for a refund as it was now 30 mins since I had arrived and I had only booked 30 mins as we had to make an appt. My sister came out of her massage and gave the lady a cash in tip. We were walking out and she said excuse me but more more. We said "Huh" more of what??? She pointed to the tip and said more more this !!!! OMG !! It was all sooooooooooooooo unprofessional. read more

They have very clean and quiet rooms, peaceful music playing, there was no loud chattering as I have experienced in another place we tried earlier.
