This review regarding the spine decompression. I have to say that after physical therapy, pain management and 3 spine injections, nothing helped me. Visited Dr James, did the first session and felt immediate relief in my lower back.. after 3 weeks of decompressing the lower back, less pain noted and more flexibility without discomfort was felt.
