She has a bowl of color with only enough to do a retouch of roots and does that....then explains she has to get more color for the all over......I said ok. I go to leave and she tells me its 95.00 in a matter of fact tone while not making eye contact with me. I said you told me 80.00 just yesterday......she said...."yes i know they told you that but its 95.00, I had to get another bowl of color" I course she did her first bowl was just the contents of a re-touch.....she knew that.....anyways, I paid her 95.00 and gave no tip. The sad thing is I'll never be back, since I have been home......2 neighbors have been informed and 1 friend that has called this evening......all of us live within 15 minutes of this salon.........so to get an extra 15.00 this place lost a return customer and now I am obligated to tell others......what a stupid business concept.......really!?!
