When I called Julie, the receptionist out on it, she made it feel like it was my fault "that's the massage you booked" Julie could use a dose of customer service training. It should be a welcoming experience but it feels more like an inconvenience to her. Have had lots of facials in the past. Have not been impressed with the facials here. I had no idea of it was the facials I paid for w my membership. The esthetician never massaged my hands or feet. Cancelled my membership

The only reason I am giving them four stars instead of five is because I went in with a broken nail that I had glued, and when we were working on the nail, it seemed strong but yesterday that nail broke and now I am not able to get to another nail salon anytime soon.
