So the only recommendation I have is to be aware of false advertisement and misrepresentation of services even if you call to confirm.

It was clean, well-lit, and the staff was very friendly. I was taken back to one of the rooms, and my esthetician let me know the process. I liked that they use the self removing wax, meaning there were no strips of cloth used to take off the wax. I have sensitive skin, so I usually fair way better with this system. After the wax was done, I wasn't super happy with the results. She missed a lot of the hair on the top of my brow, and she colored them (didn't know that was a part of) way too dark. After leaving, I noticed that the front desk lady did not give me the 50% discount. I called the location, and the manager was able to refund me my money over the phone. In appreciation for my referral, they refused to offer me a price adjustment to match what she paid or even additional sessions. Despite following all instructions, I saw limited results. Management only offered one extra session & refused to do more, even though I hadn't achieved the promised outcome. On top of that, their "lifetime guarantee" was misleading. I thought it meant they'd treat me fully before moving to discounted touch-ups. Instead, they told me I'd have to pay more even though my original results weren't complete. And now their touch-up prices have increased significantly, making it impractical. This review is not a reflection on the technicians - they were kind, professional, & clearly just doing their jobs.
