I have been seeing her regularly for almost 6 months and she makes me feel like there is finally hope for clear skin! As a guest she makes me feel comfortable, as well as informed about what treatments she does. She understands how your skin and acne works and explains each step of the treatment (ex: this opens up pores or this helps with hyper-pigmentation). What's even more amazing is how she will change the treatments based on how your body is reacting, or what current problem there is. It is not the same treatment over and over, rather she recognizes that the treatments may need to be modified, depending on how your react to them. Her knowledge is apparent through everything she does and she is the best aesthetician I have ever been treated by. The only downside from my experience was that Rambha answered a phone call during my session and proceeded to converse for the next 5-10-ish minutes while leaving me to just hang out. I thought that was kind of unprofessional, but it wasn't a deal breaker cuz I'll be back. I came in for a brow wax and tint, as well as lash tint. Cindy was very professional, friendly, and engaging. The wax she used was gentle on my sensitive skin. The applications of the tints were done meticulously and the tender skin around my eyes protected well. In turn, I had none of the product on my skin, and no eye irritation from the lash tint. I walked out looking like a star. The treatment room was tastefully decorated, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I decided to try the salon for a Brazilian after buying a deal through groupon. The salon itself is very clean, and welcoming. Tiffany explained to me that she uses soy wax. The benefit of this type of wax is it supposedly only adheres to the hair, not the skin.... I believe she was misinformed. The wax itself was relatively painless, and at the end she asked me to look to see if anything needed touched up... well it was pretty dark and I couldn't see much, so I said it was fine. When I got home, I noticed that she had clearly missed some sections, which was pretty disappointing, but what was worse was the bright red color of my skin. At first, I thought it was just irritated from the service, so I didn't worry. The next day the skin was no longer red, it was SCABBED! A section about 3"x 1/2" of my skin had been removed and was now scabbed; it was not attractive, comfortable or acceptable. I really liked Tiffany, and the salon was very cute. Unfortunately, I can't go back, or recommend her waxing services.
