They are very accommodating and offer a wide range of massage services, ranging from facials, foot massages, body massages (Thai, Swedish, combination, sports therapy). The forms we had to fill out asked us to circle what our problem areas were on our body, and they really did focus on this on the massage. They also asked if there were any parts of our body that we didn't want them to touch (e.g. head, face, etc) We got a 60 minute combination massage and they started by bringing us to this small room on the left for a foot bath. They then gave us slippers and walked us over to our room. The couples room was basically two rooms separated by an open door, but they were pretty spacious and well put together. The massage was great and they were nice to ask during the massage if we needed any pressure adjustments. The instrumental piano music they played was also calming and added to the ambience. It feels like they use even nicer products when booking direct, which I've really noticed in the results. The facility is always very clean and relaxing, the products feel high quality, and the facial massage is amazing -- one of my favorite parts. Service has consistently been great every visit, and I always leave feeling refreshed. Overall, a wonderful experience every time and definitely a place I keep coming back to.

I reached Mirako Spa in Brea for my facial appointment exactly 3 mins late. A lady who told me that…read moremy appointment was at 2:30pm. (I have attached text messages that my appointment was at 2:45pm). Upon showing the text message, she agreed that I was late by 3 mins. (+ 5 mins grace period). I was informed right away that I need to reschedule as I was late or cut down my facial time from 60mins to 40 mins. I should have arrived 15 mins before the appointment time. Therefore, my showing up delayed by 3 mins would delay the next client by 15 mins as they needed time to prepare for the next client! Math doesn't add up any way we look at it unless they had informed in advance to show up 15 mins before the appointment time, which they hadn't. 1. There was absolutely no notification or instruction provided to me about arriving 15 mins early before the appointment time at the time of making my appointment or text reminder. Therefore if one is late by less than. 10 mins, they lose their facial time by 20mins and are lashed out if clients try to reason out. I was told me to depart as I was 3 mins late or reduce my facial time by 20 mins. 2. Jenny, who came over from inside took over the conversation, was very unprofessional and rude. She argued with me for 15 mins non-stop when I tried to reason out that if I was late by 3 mins, if they wanted to be a stickler of time without informing me to arrive 15 mins early, they should take away 3 mins of my time not, 20 mins. She yelled at me saying "I don't want you to come here ever, I never want to give you service!". I don't understand how Mirako Spa even employs such people who are clueless about how to treat clients with courtesy, let alone working in a service industry. Here is the twist: when I checked in, another lady besides Jenny told me that my appointment was at 2:30pm, which their mistake to begin with as my appointment was at 2:45pm. It appears that they messed up with their own scheduling but because I was 3 mins late for my 2:45 appt, I bore the brunt of Jenny's unprofessional behavior as she couldn't admit that they had accidentally messed up scheduling my appointment. Instead she told me to leave or get a facial cut down by 20mins! I am attaching screenshots of my appointment time. As per Jenny, I should have a common sense to show up 15 mins before appointment time even though I wasn't informed about arriving early or else, appt that was anyway scheduled incorrectly by 15 mins sooner, from what I was notified. Try to avoid Jenny if you go to Mirako Spa in Brea, she can be scathing, unreasonable, and unprofessional. Try to reach 15 mins prior to your appointment even if they don't notify you.

I have sensitive and eczema prone skin and Christine ensured me she would be gentle on my skin. Her extractions were relatively painless and very thorough. I enjoyed every second of my facial. I purchased products from Christine that would benefit my very dry and eczema prone skin. It's been about two weeks and I don't remember a time my skin has looked this good. On your first visit, you'll fill out a brief form about your skin, talk about why you're there and what you're wanting for your skin. After, you'll go into the changing room where there's a small box with a hairnet and towel robe thing for you to change into. What I didn't expect was for her to spend an HOUR on extractions (I think maybe even an hour and a half) during my first visit and then proceeding with the rest of the facial once everything was out! I came with acne, mostly around my jawline and on and around my nose but now my face is so smooth! My friends have even noticed and an acne scar on my cheek has even lessened in appearance. I would highly recommend her as she truly cares. After my first few facials, I had 5-min. check-in appts the week after just so she could see how my skin was doing. I have my next appt scheduled in 2 weeks and I think she's going to be sad that there will be not much to extract (she loves extracting) but will love how much my skin has changed. After the first facial, the time needed for extractions has dramatically decreased. I no longer have to worry about my skin because I know I'm covered.

I made reservation for the Diamond Glow Facial 2 weeks before for Monday at 4 pm and requested Olga based off reviews. I received a reminder text the morning of and sent my confirmation text back. I arrived 15 minutes early and was greeted by Olga. She was extremely nice and told me what the Diamond Glow Facial included which was the microdermabrasion, light peel, facial massage, etc. all about 60 mins. Tip: Do not wear a necklace because they really massage your neck and chest. The massage was awesome. It was not half-assed at all!! She took her time, went into my shoulders, upper back and scalp. I've had a microdermabrasions before so I knew the process. The light peel...never done any peels before but Olga said no downtime and just to moisturize often. Didn't feel anything crazy at the time of the facial. So, we shall see. The whole experience was so relaxing and comfortable. I like that at the end that there were no sales pitch and no pushing me to buy any products. It was more of hope you enjoyed it and will come back for more. Which, I will. My face was smooth and glowing at the end. They have so many facial options for a good price.
