I questioned how the amount could be determined without first consulting me, especially since my last visit was a year ago, prices may have changed, and I had questions. The receptionist repeated that I was there for a "repeat," but their definition seemed to go beyond what a customer would reasonably expect. In the past, they also took photos before starting, but this time there was no consultation or photos--just being placed in a room to wait. Overall, the experience felt rushed and lacked the communication and attention to detail I had previously received.

However, during my consultation, the male RN repeatedly referred to me as "extremely obese" and stated that I have obesity as a medical condition. I found his comments unnecessary, insensitive, and unprofessional, especially since I was there for laser hair removal. The interaction made me feel judged and uncomfortable. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.
